Criminal Charges 12-11-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  •  Tyler Cameron Kennedy, 23, of 10515 Paces Ave., Apt. 1826, in Matthews was charged Dec. 6 with one count of attempted murder. A $500,000 secured bond was set.
  • Joshua James Powell, 36, of 1581 Ivey Ch. Rd. in Maiden was charged Dec. 6 with one count of probation violation. No bond was set.
  • Victor Hugorosaldo Lara, 24, of 105 Julia Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 6 with one count of probation violation. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Jeremy Jamaal Smith, 25, of 1712 Buck Oak Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 7 with one count of driving while license revoked or suspended. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Ronald Alton Foster, 47, of 746 AE Stover Rd. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 7 with one count each of assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age, injury to personal property, domestic criminal trespass and communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Jerry Andrew Reinhardt, 53, whose address is unknown, was charged Dec. 7 with one count each of DWI and driving while license revoked. A $3,000 bond was set.
  • Justin Trey Brown, 28, of 306 Little St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 8 with two counts of failure to appear. A $19,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Tracy Lomax Stinson Jr., 52, of 3560 Ironton Pl. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 8 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Amy Lee Jackson, 36, of 330 Sunny Hill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 9 with one felony count of larceny by employee. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

  • Cassey Leigh Tuttero, 23, of 110 Fawn Trl. in Dallas was issued a criminal summons Dec. 9 for cyberstalking.
  • Chasity Nicole Vernon, 30, of 3182 Laboratory Rd. in Lincolnton was issued a criminal summons Dec. 9 for domestic violence protective order.
