Criminal Charges 11-18-13

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

  • Phillip Allen Connor, 44, of 2736 Long Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 14 with one count of non-support family. A $1,500 cash bond was set.
  • Melissa Brooke Page, 30, of 5061 Lineberger Loop Rd. in Denver was charged Nov. 14 with one count of non-support family. A $2,500 cash bond was set.
  • Pedro Rangel-Cruz, 28, of 2605 Marmac Rd. in Charlotte was charged Nov. 14 with three counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Thomas Michael Elder, 37, of 5805 Boxer Dr. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 14 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Cody Ray Rice, 19, of 3025 Wesley Chapel Ch Rd. in Newton was charged Nov. 14 with one count each of felony conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny and three felony counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
  • Steven Scott Albrecht, 21, of 6818 Ingleside Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged Nov. 14 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Jacob Andrew Roles, 17, of 5530 View Court Park in Hickory was charged Nov. 14 with one felony count each of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and conspiracy along with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $3,000 bond was set.
  • James Christopher Coleman, 42, of 2914 Gates Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 14 with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and one count each of larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods and breaking and entering-preparation to commit burglary or housebreakings. A $9,000 bond was set.
  • David Douglas Scronce, 43, of 2610 Brookwood Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 14 with one count of violation of a 50-B order. No bond was set.
  • Charles Joseph Smith, 19, of 6372 Topaz Ln. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 14 with five felony counts of breaking and entering a building, two counts of larceny after breaking and entering and one count of conspiracy. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Brian Alan Lambert, 24, of 200 Horseshoe Dr. in Mt. Holly was charged Nov 14 with one count of probation violation. No bond was set.
  • Brian Keith McCrary, 23, of 1564 Bishop Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 14 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
