Criminal Charges — 11-13-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Darius D’Von Antrum, 23, of 1806 S. Perry St. in Gastonia was charged Nov. 8 with two counts of failure to appear. A $300 bond was set.
  • Careen Lee Harrell, 29, of 1446 Oakbrook Ln. in Denver was charged Nov. 8 with one count of DWI. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Stanley Carson Blackwood, 39, of 2531 Lincoln Park St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 8 with one count of non-support family. A $750 bond was set.
  • Aletha Gail Rodriguez, 39, of 3862 Duckworth-Capenter Ln. in Vale was charged Nov. 8 with one count each of failure to appear non-physical assault. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Sabrina Lamar Childress, 58, of 8946 S. N.C. 18 in Connelly Springs was charged Nov. 8 with two counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Bill Kelly Blankenship, 38, of 2556 Primm Rd. in Denver was charged Nov. 8 with one misdemeanor count of breaking and entering a building. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Leon Patrick Gleason, 58, of 4247 Bordeaux Dr. in Denver was charged Nov. 8 with one count each of communicating threats and simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • Jeffrey Lee Nolen Jr., 28, of 947 Lockridge Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 8 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Amy Beth Phillips, 27, of 947 Lockridge Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 8 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Frankl Nolen, 40, of 1295 Nolen Farm Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 8 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
  • James Francis Kousouros, 25, of 1840 Sapona Ct. in Denver was charged Nov. 8 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.
  • Emily May Hutchens, 44, of 1039 Cromer Rd. in King, N.C., was charged Nov. 8 with one count of assault on a law enforcement officer. A $700 secured bond was set.
  • Brittany Anne McCarty, 22, of 40 Railroad St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 9 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Joshua Lee Nolen, 29, 6046 Nolen Acres Ln. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 9 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
  • Kimberly Dawn Wilson, 46, of 1918 Ellick Dr. in Newton was charged Nov. 10 with one count of DWI. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jessie Eugene Bivens, 35, of 1484 W. N.C. 150 in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 10 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Kenneth Randall Crisp, 34, of 3107 Brady Hoffman Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 10 with one count of failure to comply. A $685 cash bond was set.
  • Jimmy DeWayne James, 38, of 1093 Betterbrook Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 10 with one count of interfering with emergency communication. A $500 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Dustin Logan Martin Ensley, 23, of 1882 Gastonia Hwy. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 10 with one felony count of robbery with a dangerous weapon. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jacob Paul Sain, 19, of 1564 Bishop Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 10 with one felony count of robbery with a dangerous weapon. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Dustin Lee Hester, 20, of 662 Harrison Sanders Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 11 with one felony count of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • David Umphress, 51, of 420 Rhodes St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 11 with one misdemeanor count each of harassing phone call and cyberstalking. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Douglas Reynolds, 42, of 317 Jennings St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 11 with one misdemeanor count of harassing phone call. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Kevin Curtis Kilmer, 45, of 14-C Jefferson St. in Vanderbuilt, N.Y., was charged Nov. 13 with one felony count of DWI. A $10,000 cash bond was set.
