Deputies located marijuana and more than 8 grams of methamphetamine inside a trailer on Laboratory Road during separate searches on Wednesday and Thursday, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies went to 1408 Laboratory Road, Trailer 10 on Wednesday to follow-up on an unrelated case when they located the drugs, according to an agency press release.
Officers searched the home, seizing 8.5 grams of the substance.
They also located drug paraphernalia, the release said.
A second search of the home took place the following day, resulting in the seizure of a small amount of marijuana, deputies said.
Probation and Parole officers were also on-hand for Thursday’s search.
A surveillance camera was additionally found attached to the outside of the residence, deputies said.
Resident Thomas Harrison Andrew Ford, 33, and Ronnie Michael Sealey, 35, of 2084 Bison Trail in Lincolnton, were charged in the incident.
Ford faces two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
Ford is also accused of three counts of probation violation, deputies said.
His alleged drug counterpart, Sealey, faces one count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
Each of the men remains behind bars, Ford under a $55,000 secured bond and Sealey under a $15,000 secured bond.
