Criminal Charges — 11-4-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Adan Bernardo Vargas, 19, of 863 Armstrong Ln. in Denver was charged Oct. 30 with one count each of possession of marijuana exceeding 1/2 ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • William Reymond Teseniar, 38, of 2614 Goldrush Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 30 with one count of fugitive from justice. A $9,000 secured bond was set.
  • Valentine Herbert Smith, 45, of 6322 Hidden Forest Ln. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 30 with one count of probation violation. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • David Clint Watson, 24, of 638 Oates Rd. in Gastonia was charged Oct. 30 with two counts of surrender of surety. A $10,000 bond was set.
  • Robert Eugene Kinsler Jr., 28, of Trinity Ln. 14 in Iron Station was charged Oct. 30 with one ocunt each of manufacturing a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear, for which no bond was set. He was also charged with one count of non-support family, for which a $300 cash bond was set.
  • Dallas DeWayne Owensby, 47, of 2180 Ellis Hoyle Rd. in Vale was charged Oct. 30 with one count of driving while license revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Shaperell Shonte Winn, 34, of 6545 Emerald Isle Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged Oct. 30 with one count of assault inflicting serious injury or assault with a deadly weapon. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Nathan Auston Black II, 34, of 1166 Confederate Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 30 with one count of injury to personal property. No bond was set.
  • Patricia Woodward Michael, 27, of 5372 King Wilkinson Rd. in Denver was charged Oct. 30 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jordan Ray Vanzandt, 21, of 5693 Nora Dr. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 30 with one count of failure to appear. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
