Criminal Charges

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Edwin Taylor, 23, of 2005 Southside Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 28 with one misdemeanor count of breaking and entering a building. No bond was set.
  • Calieb Joseph Owenby, 19, of 522 Osprey Creek Cir. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 28 with one misdemeanor count of breaking and entering a building. No bond was set.
  • Brandon Terrell Wilson, 20, of 901 E. Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 28 with one count of probation violation. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Christopher Earl Hoover, 32, of 14869 NW 304th St. in Okeechobee, Fla., was charged Oct. 28 with one count of felony larceny. A $10,000 bond was set.
  • Karen Stewart Seabrook, 50, of 2458 Myers St. in Gastonia was charged Oct. 28 with three count of failure to appear. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Carl Lloyd Almany III, 20, of 1656 Grant Point Ln. in Vale was charged Oct. 28 with one count each of larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Tori Odell Stroud, 36, of 7511 Shadowcrest Dr. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 28 with two counts of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer along with one count each of misdemeanor larceny, probation violation, communicating threats, assault on a female and false imprisonment common law. No bond was set.
  • Steven Maurice Robinson, 38, of 945 N. College St. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 28 with one count of larceny. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Sheldon Deleno Jackson, 54, of 945 N. College St. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 29 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 bond was set.
  • April Lynn Turner-Groos, 27, of 8420 Woodfred Bridge Dr. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 29 with one count each of shoplifting, first-degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Scott Anthony Gunter, 30, of 205-B W. Main St. in Bessemer City was charged Oct. 29 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 bond was set.
  • Jason Christopher Dietz, 27, of 2115 31st Ave. Dr. in Hickory was charged Oct. 29 with two counts each of possessing stolen goods and felony larceny. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Dustin Shane Dillingham, 28, of 862 Armstrong Ln. in Denver was charged Oct. 29 with one count each of failure to appear and harassing phone/obscene call. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • William Reymond Teseniar, 38, of 2614 Goldrush Dr. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Oct. 29 for charges unknown at time of publication. A $35,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jonathon Carroll Teseniar, 31, of 2614 Goldrush Dr. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Oct. 29 for charges unknown at time of publication. A $35,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • James Edward Teseniar, 67, of 2614 Goldrush Dr. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Oct. 29 for charges unknown at time of publication. A $35,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jonathan Jesus Portuguez, 28, of 2614 Goldrush Dr. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Oct. 29 for charges unknown at time of publication. A $35,000 unsecured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  •  Paul Douglass Bedard, 29, of 3 Cobb St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 26 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Franchesca Pastrana Castro, 37, of 1 Cobb St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 26 with one misdemeanor count each of resisting a public officer and assault and battery. A $1,800 secured bond was set.
  • Brian Ashley McEleven, 37, of 1088 Fletcher Broome Rd. in Monroe was charged Oct. 27 with one misdemeanor count of DWI. Bond amount was not available at time of publication.
  • Hope Renee Ledwell, 27, of 5279 N.C. 73 in Iron Station was charged Oct. 28 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Rachel Lee Coleman, 36, of 157 Hillcrest Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 28 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
