The 2013 Lincoln County Apple Festival will take place in downtown Lincolnton from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

LINCOLN COUNTY BAND PREVIEW:
This year, the Lincoln County Schools Band Preview is an extension of the Apple Festival and will be held at Lincolnton High School’s stadium at 7 p.m. on Saturday. It will replace the usual stand-still performance during the festival, where space and location tended to be a challenge.
All four Lincoln County high-school bands will perform their competition shows for each other and for comments from judges, who will be present to evaluate each group. The event will help kick off the competitive season that begins the following week.
Admission is free, and LHS Band Boosters will be selling concessions.

Order of Performances
7 – North Lincoln High School “Band of Knights”
7:30 – East Lincoln High School “Mustang Band”
8 – West Lincoln High School “Rebel Band”
8:30 – Lincolnton High School “Wolfpack Band”
9 – Combined Bands – National Anthem
