Criminal Charges — 9-20-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Curtis Tallent Cauthen Jr., 41, of 220 Lilly Trl. in Maiden was charged Sept. 17 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Ahmad Ryhaid Wallace, 22, of 3042 Chestnut Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with two counts of first-degree burglary and one count of  larceny after breaking and entering. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jesse Eugene Bivens, 35, of 1235 Rosehill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one count of common law robbery. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Brenna Dawyn Gaddy, 33, of 411 Mull Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • David Austin Williams, 22, of 1469 Bumgarner-James Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one count each of probation violation and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. No bond was set.
  • Reba Shantel Gammons, 21, of Fornery Hill Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 17 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. No bond was set.
  • Jerome James Hauke III, 25, of 21308 Natique Blvd. in Cornelius was charged Sept. 18 with one count each of breaking and entering vehicles, possessing stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $10,000 bond was set.
  • Lisa E. Davy, 46, of 2125 McDonard Dr. in Charlotte was charged Sept. 18 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Ashley Margaret Belsole, 24, of 35 Cedar Croft Ln. in Mooresville was charged Sept. 18 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Christopher Ryan Preston, 29, of 5927 Old Plank Rd. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 18 with three counts of probation violation. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Felicia Ann Davis, 21, of 1523 S. N.C. 16 in Stanley was charged Sept. 18 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Andrew Derrick Reyes, 27, of 3829 Goodson Rd. in Maiden was charged Sept. 18 with one count each of assault on a female, interfering with emergency communication and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Amber May-Brandt Marley, 25, of 517 N. Grove St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 18 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and harassing phone/obscene call. A $500 bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Ashlee Nichole Wyckoff, 28, of 7996 Ravenwood Ln. in Stanley was charged Sept. 16 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $280 secured bond was set.
  • Britany Carol Reinhardt, 20, of 537 Hoffman Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 16 with three misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Norma Jean Helms, 48, of 102 A St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 16 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Sebastian Jones, 17, of 17 C Woodmont Cir. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 16 with one misdemeanor count of simple assault. Bond amount was unknown at time of publication.
  • Joshua Lee Lewis, 33, of 702 N. Flint St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 16 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Timothy Lee Hullender, 51, of 314 N. Firestone St. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 16 with one felony count of unlawfully obtaining a credit card and one misdemeanor count each of larceny and failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jessica Erica Monshay Ramseur, 17, of 108 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods and property. An $800 secured bond was set.
  • Geffrey Awono, 24, of 2910 Holbrooke St. in Durham, N.C., was charged Sept. 17 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $580 secured bond was set.
  • Carlos Alberto Salgado-Hernandez, 20, of 103 Carpenter St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
