Criminal Charges 9-11-13

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

  •  Justin Renard Withers, 24, of 8313 Lamplighter Pl. in Charlotte was charged Sept. 6 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • David Michael Kistler, 34, of 983 High Country Ln. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 6 with one count of non-support family. An unknown cash bond was set.
  • Mahagony Samone Smith, 17, of 2478 McCorkle Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of failure to comply. No bond was set.
  • Britney Morgan Lingerfelt, 24, of 7425 Houser Farm Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 6 with 10 counts of uttering a forged instrument. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Victor Fletcher Cobb, 41, of 302 W. Congress St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count each of communicating threats and assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age. A $1,500 bond was set.
  • Ervin Troy Helms, 36, of 2084 Shuford Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • James Charles Brewer, 19, of 1407 Ivey Ch. Rd. in Maiden was charged Sept. 6 with one count of failure to appear. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Larry Ray Bivens, 18, of 9262 Mull Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with two counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Justin Thomas Pentecost, 27, of 6001 Mahogany Ln. 6016 in Kings Mountain was charged Sept. 6 with one count of failure to comply. An unknown cash bond was set.
  • Johnnie Carroll Punch Jr., 26, of 6515 Larry Huffman St. in Connelly Springs, N.C., was charged Sept. 6 with four counts of failure to appear and one count each of larceny and abandonment/non-support (child). A $500 bond was set.
  • Dylan Blair Ingle, 21, of 1624 Furnace Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Michael Derek Hopkins, 23, of 4315 Candlewood Ct. in Denver was charged Sept. 7 with three counts of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Matthew W. Crouse, 25, of 1804 Maple Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 7 with one count each of violation of a 50-B order and domestic violence protective order. No bond was set.
  • Benjamin Gamez Hernandez, 33, of 1903 Gulf City Rd. in Ruskin, Fla., was charged Sept. 7 with one count of driving while license revoked. No bond was set.
  • Mark Russell Henerson, 42, of 282 Cowans Ford Rd. in Stanley was charged Sept. 7 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. An $800 bond was set.
  • Douglas Kirk Lebo, 55, of 7452 Henry Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 7 with one count of second-degree trespassing. No bond was set.
  • Cassie Patricia Hawkins, 26, of 312 Armstrong Cir. in High Shoals was charged Sept. 8 with one count each of failure to appear and probation violation. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Hannah Elizabeth Welch, 25, of 122 Spencer Wood Dr. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 8 with one count each of misdemeanor breaking and entering a building and possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce. A $4,000 seucred bond was set.
  • Joanna Marie Sutton, 24, of 207 Glenora Dr. in Huntersville was charged Sept. 8 with one count of DWI. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Jonathan Craig Smith Jr., 27, of 135 Pinetop Rd. in Stanley was charged Sept. 8 with one count each of DWI, having no operator’s license, driving left of center and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jimmy Albert Lambirth, 52, of 177 JC Brooks Ln. in High Schoals was charged Sept. 8 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set.
  • Steven George Bowman, 44, of 1394 Little River Ch. Rd. in Taylorsville, N.C., was charged Sept. 8 with two counts each of obtaining property by false pretenses and financial identity fraud. No bond was set.
  • Nathaniel Ashley Friday, 39, of 1799 Tomes Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 8 with one count of misdemeanor breaking and entering a building. No bond was set.

 

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

 

  • Michael Jackson, 50, of 3369 Windy Hill Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 4 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked and operating a vehicle with no insurance. A $700 secured bond was set.
  • Donald Peach, 27, of 105 Terrace Pl. in Lincolnton was chargd Sept. 4 with two felony counts each of breaking and entering and larceny. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jeffery Philip Maier, 43, of 931 Pinkney Pl. in Stanley was charged Sept. 5 with one misdemeanor count of failure to work after being paid and one felony count of obtaining property by false pretenses.  A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Martin Terrell Kee, 48, of 1025 Gaston St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 7 with one misdemeanor count each of assault on a female and assault with a deadly weapon. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Melvin Pharr, 56, of 515 N. Cedar St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 7 with one felony count of second-degree sexual offense. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Dana Barbour McCall, 43, of 1332 8th NW in Conover was charged Sept. 8 with one misdemeanor count each of intoxicated and disruptive, failure to appear and possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Christy Ann Sisk, 39, of 206 E. Cone Blvd., Apt. H, in Greensboro, N.C., was charged Sept. 8 with one misdemeanor count each of possession of stolen goods and breaking into a coin/currency machine. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
