North 321 VFD, 3769 Maiden Hwy. in Lincolnton, will host a community yard sale 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hot dogs and hamburgers will also be available for purchase. Rain date will be Sept. 21. The Lincoln County Extension and Community Association will begin their apple pie sale at 1 p.m. Pie orders still start at 9 a.m. The sale will continue 10 a.m. Tuesday and Sept. 18 (Wed.) in the demonstration kitchen on the first floor of the Citizens Center in Lincolnton.
