Criminal Charges 8-5-13

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Craig Madison Goodson II, 23, of 7883 Chapel Creek Dr. in Denver was charged July 30 with one count of violation of court order. No bond was set.
  • Lisa Rose Dellinger, 44, of 1378 N.C. 182 in Lincolnton was charged July 30 with one felony count of larceny. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Todd Bryan Chandler, 24, of 1009 Georgetown Rd. C22 in Lincolnton was charged July 30 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $2,500 bond was set.
  • Latoya Williams Woods, 26, of 1147 Second Street Place SE in Hickory was charged July 30 with one count of failure to comply. A $600 bond was set.
  • Richard John Forsythe, 55, of 1001 E. W.T. Harris Blvd. P162 in Charlotte was charged July 30 with one count of harassing phone/obscene call. No bond was set.
  • Travis Eugene Hull, 46, of 8000 Reeps Grove Ch. Rd. in Vale was charged July 30 with one count each of assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Trace Paul Childers, 33, of 797 Monterery Dr. in Iron Station was charged July 30 with one count of hindering enforcement-lien/security interest-property. No bond was set.
  • Robert Charles Champlin III, 19, of 3011 Beard Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 30 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana exceeding 1/2 ounce and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
  • Jeremy Tallent Cauthen, 19, of 161 Lilly Trl. in Maiden was charged July 30 with one count of second-degree trespassing. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Ernest Andrew Schronce, 57, of 115 Massapoag Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 31 with one count of second-degree trespassing. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Aleisha Renee Travis, 28, of 2424 Nottingham Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 31 with one count of second-degree trespassing. No bond was set.
  • Steven Scott Albreckt, 21, of 6818 Ingleside Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged July 31 with one count each of breaking and entering-preparation to commit burglary or housebreakings, felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering, injury to personal property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Christopher Michael Anderson, 22, of 511 Flat Rock Cemetery Rd. in Mt. Holly was charged July 31 with one count of larceny. A $3,000 bond was set.
  • Haley Anna Cook, 18, of 6283 Ballard Rd. in Denver was charged July 31 with misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Nathaniel Scott Dickson, 19, of 1148 Mt. Zion Ch. Rd. in Iron Station was charged July 31 with one misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Denise Ann Morgan, 31, of 2679 Keener Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 31 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Charles Hayes Brown, 19, of 7907 Lucky Creek Ln. in Denver was charged July 31 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Tadd Eugene Lavallee, 44, of 1366 Willow Ridge Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 31 with two counts of communicating threats and one count each of second-degree trespassing and injury to personal property. No bond was set.
  • Luis G. Velasquez, 46, of 4609 Bouy Ln. in Denver was charged July 31 with two counts of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.
  • Ricky Chadwick Brnach, 36, of 2906 Indian Hills Rd. in Hickory was charged Aug. 1 with two counts of driving while license revoked and one count of DWI. No bond was set.
  • Jaime Lamar Craig, 34, of 409 Ponderosa Rd. in Stanley was charged Aug. 1 with one count each of domestic violence protective order violation, hit-and-run property damage, resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer, driving while license revoked or disqualification non-support and failure to obey officer/traffic-control officer. No bond was set.
  • Andre Keith Bracey, 18, of 1895 Heartland Trl. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 1 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. No bond was set.

 

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Barbara Cahill, 61, of 3011 Beard Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 29 with one misdemeanor count each of assault on a government official and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
  • Michael Schronce, 36, of 606 Catalog Dr. in Dallas was charged July 29 with one felony count each of trafficking heroin (opium) and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule II controlled substance and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
  • James Kevin Leonhardt Jr., 34, of 411 E. Liberty St. in Lincolnton was charged July 31 with one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was also served a true bill of indictment for one felony count of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $9,500 secured bond was set.
  • James Todd Gordon, 35, of 7554 Sedgebrook Dr. North in Stanley was charged July 31 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.
  • Clyde Franklin Doughtry, 35, of 114 Daniel St. in Nebo, N.C., was charged July 31 with three counts of trafficking heroin (opium). A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Harold Todd Armstrong, 40, of 2679 Keener Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 31 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Jeremy Hallman, 36, of 1976 Bost St. in Lincolnton was charged July 31 with two misdemeanor counts of child abuse. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Crystal Michelle Adams, 40, of Cherryville was charged Aug. 1 with one misdemeanor count of probation violation.
  • Ronald Leandro Bonilla, 30, of 330 W. Water St. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 1 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $100 cash bond was set.
  • Kenneth William Smith, 20, of 1339 River Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 2 with one misdemeanor count of communicating threats. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
