School supply drive
Stress Free Home Care in Stanley will collect back-to-school supplies for boys and girls ages 5-16 with Amy’s House in Lincolnton. The drive will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2000 N. The Business & Professional Women’s Club of Lincolnton will host the 2013 Miss Lincoln County Apple Queen Scholarship Pageant 7 p.m. at the Citizens Center in Lincolnton. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors 60+ and children 12 and under. Tickets are available at the Lincoln Cultural Center in Lincolnton and will also be available at the door.
