Criminal Charges 7-22-13

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Stephen Matthew Hussar, 23, of 6530 Emerald Isle Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged July 17 with one count of communicating threats. He was released on a written promise.

Barry Joseph Hammer, 53, of 7134 Hunters Bluff Dr. in Denver was charged July 17 with one count of second-degree trespassing. He was released on a written promise.

Joseph Thomas Johnson, 32, of 3800 Windy Rd. in Concord was charged July 17 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.

Linda Kaye Hall, 47, of 779 Peninsula Dr. in Davidson was charged July 17 with one count of harassing phone/obscene call. She was released on a written promise.

Brent Eugene Davis, 38, of 2135 Diamond Ln. in Vale was charged July 17 with three counts each of fugitive from justice and probation violation. A $40,000 secured bond was set.

Wayne Edward Schrum Jr., 45, of 1582 Sandy Park Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 17 with one count of probation violation. A $30,000 bond was set.

Jonathan Matthew Williams, 29, of 6123 Flay Rd. in Cherryville was charged July 17 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.

Gabriel Enfique Rivera, 71, of 3506 Orchard Rd. in Iron Station was charged July 17 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

 

 

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Candida Hudson Bram, 37, of 6288 W. N.C. 27 in Vale was charged July 16 with two misdemeanor counts each of larceny and trespassing. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Randall Jamal Davis, 22, whose address is unknown, was charged July 18 with one misdemeanor count of injury to personal property. A $500 secured bond was set.

Tammy Patrice Smith, 51, of 1241 Habine Ct. in Bessemer City was charged July 18 with three felony counts of breaking and entering and one misdemeanor count each of larceny after breaking and entering and failure to return property rented. A $15,000 secured bond was set.

Thomas Lewis Brown, 45, of 720 E. Catawba St. in Lincolnton was charged July 19 with one misdemeanor count each of intoxicated and disruptive, assault and battery and assault on a female. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
