An event that has brought crowds of up to 10,000 to the area, it functions as both a regional bike fest and a cook-off competition sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society.

The event will feature live entertainment, including the band Molly Hatchet at 8 p.m. tonight, as well as a poker run, eating contests, bike games, a kids’ zone, food and beverage vendors and more.
