Criminal Charges — 6-3-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Donna Whitener Brewer, 48, of 1407 Ivey Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 28 with one count of driving while impaired. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jimmy Eric Icard, 21, of 519 Buffalo Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 28 with one count of cyberstalking. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Jason Lee Fredell, 32, of 2671 Cindy Ln. in Claremont was charged May 28 with one count of fail to register-sex offender. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jaime Ramirez Hernandez, 39, of 1441 Owls Den Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 28 with having no operator’s license. A $500 bond was set.
  • Brent Eugene Davis, 37, of 2135 Diamond Ln. in Vale was charged May 28 with two counts of probation violation. A $15,000 bond was set.
  • Jamchri Tusha Taylor, 21, of 2607 Pimpernel Rd. in Charlotte was charged May 28 with one count each of failure to appear, operating a vehicle on the highway without registration or expired, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
  • Christina Jean Harris, 21, of 875 Horseshoe Lake Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 28 with three counts of failure to appear. A $315 bond was set.
  • Jimmie Leonard Ward Jr., 38, of 194 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 29 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Lois Ann Gibson, 45, of 2560 Southland Trl. in Lincolnton was charged May 29 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.
  • Roy Morris Sr., 55, of 2560 Southland Trl. in Lincolnton was charged May 29 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.
  • Andrea Lynn Burke, 32, of 7553 Pilot Cove Ct. in Denver was charged May 29 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Boyce Lee Hedgpeth, 32, of 154 Rash Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 29 with one count of failure to comply. A $285 cash bond was set.
  • Jessica Marie Stewart, 22, of 4191 Deerfield Dr. in Maiden was charged May 29 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Mahagony Samone Smith, 16, of 2478 McCorkle Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 29 with one count of non-physical assault. She was released on a written promise.
  • Britt Fender, 65, of 2407 Easton Dr. in Shelby was charged May 29 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Wesley David Bollinger, 38, of 2407 Easton Dr. in Shelby was charged May 29 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Paula Shrewsbury Rudisill, 42, of 4197 Kent St. in Maiden was charged May 20 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Chastity Hope Hall, 26, of 232 Latham Wilson Rd. in Lawndale was charged May 30 with two counts of failure to appear and one count of failure to comply. No bond was set.
  • Sherry Thornton Presley, 37, of 14825 Beatties Ford Rd. in Huntersville was charged May 30 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.
  • James Charles Brewer, 19, of 1407 Ivey Ch. Rd. in Maiden was charged May 30 with one count of consuming an alcoholic beverage under age 21. A $285 secured bond was set.
  • Philip Lee Rumfelt, 24, of 5756 Rumfelt Rd. in Stanley was charged May 30 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age. No bond was set.
  • Donald Michael Hoyle, 34, of 2348 Tin Mine Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 30 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny, interfering with emergency communication, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer, communicating threats, assault on a female, felony breaking and entering a building, and injury to personal property along with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and three counts of assault on a government official. No bond was set.
  • Joshua David Lanham, 28, of 10420 Shady Creek Rd. 303 in Charlotte was charged May 31 with one count each of felony larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Corry James Roseberry, 40, of 1676 Acornridge Trl. in Iron Station was charged May 31 with one count each of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and probation violation. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Julius Taylor Ammons, 24, of 3233 Auburn Ave. in Charlotte was charged May 31 with one count each of felony larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $7,500 secured bond was set.
  • Helen Louise Coffey, 20, of 517 N. Grove St. in Lincolnton was charged May 31 with one count of communicating threats and harassing phone/obscene call. No bond was set.
  • Albert Walter-Lee Bradshaw Jr., 22, of 1420 Rhodes Rhyne Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 31 with one count each of communicating threats and harassing phone/obscene call. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

 The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Jeremy Cauthen, 19, of 207 Little St. in Lincolnton was charged May 30 with one misdemeanor count each of assault on a government official and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Leo Patrick Robinson, 53, of 616 Edwards St. in Lincolnton was charged May 30 with one misdemeanor count each of operating a vehicle with no insurance and having a fictitious license plate or revoked registration. A $600 secured bond was set.
  • Jodi Ann Marie Brock, 23, of 1505 Laboratory Rd. #17 in Lincolnton was charged May 30 with one misdemeanor count each of assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
