Criminal Charges 5-13-13

 

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

  • Malcolm Rashad Thompson, 21, of 163 Hillcrest Dr. in Lincolnton was charged May 9 with one felony count of statutory rape/sex offense of a 13-, 14- or 15-year-old by a defendant six years older. A $20,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Samuel Ray Noblitt, 53, of 4173 N.C. 182 in Crouse was charged May 9 with two counts of larceny. No bond was set.
  • Raymond Tyler Berry, 24, of 4975 Lady Bug Rd. in Vale was charged May 9 with one count of failure to notify change of address-sex offender. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jeffrey Lee Nolen Jr., 27, of 947 Lockridge Ln. in Lincolnton was charged May 9 with two counts of failure to appear. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jacob Matthew Lockman, 25, of 4590 Orchard Rd. in Iron Station was charged May 9 with three counts of larceny, five counts of probation violation and one count each of obtaining property by false pretenses, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, injury to personal property, uttering a forged instrument and forgery-bank notes. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Paul Hamilton Phillips, 32, of 2127 Seagletown Rd. in Vale was charged May 9 with one count of fugitive from justice. No bond was set.
  • Keith Alan Blakely, 33, of 1543 Atlantic Ln. in Lincolnton was charged May 9 with one count each of second-degree trespassing and communicating threats. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Joshua Dane Keener, 27, of 441 Buffalo Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 10 with one count of first-degree trespassing. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Jaquan Diterius Herbert, 18, of 7743 Sedgebrook Dr. East in Stanley was charged May 10 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 bond was set.
  • David Rowe III, 37, of 3816 King Wilkinson Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 10 with one count each of felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretenses. He was also served a true bill of indictment for possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute marijuana, sell/deliver marijuana. A $30,000 bond was set.
  • Jeremy Kyle Workman, 30, of 3513 Cansler Rd. in Vale was charged May 10 with one count of driving while license revoked or suspended. A $500 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Marvin Gene Sellers, 47, of P.O. Box 416 in Maiden was charged May 7 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a law enforcement officer. A $2,500 bond was set.
  • Summer Demetrius Jones, 31, of 7046 Campground Rd. in Denver was charged May 8 with one misdemeanor count of assault and battery. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Justin Lee Wilson, 30, of 1359 Daniel Rd. in Lincolnton was charged May 9 with one misdemeanor count of driving while license revoked. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Zakari David Globe, 25, of 1606 Broome St. in Lincolnton was charged May 10 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a female. No bond was set.
