Lincoln County SWAT officers busted down the door of a Denver residence late Thursday night and served a search warrant that led to the arrest of two men for alleged cocaine and marijuana possession, the Sheriff’s Office said.

The raid concluded a three-month long investigation and surveillance of the suspects, narcotics investigators said.

During the search of the Pebble Lane home around 10 p.m., deputies located nearly three pounds of hydroponic marijuana, with a street value of up to $40,000, and more than $700 in cocaine.

The specific type of marijuana is grown in water rather than soil.

Deputies additionally seized various prescription pills including Xanax, Oxycodone and Hydrocodone along with two vehicles and more than $2,000 in cash, according to an agency press release.

Dominik Marek Kotowicz, 20, of 4211 Pebble Lane, and Lucas Reid Graf, 22, of 3554 Fostall Lane in Maiden, were charged in the incident.

Kotowicz, who sits under a $15,000 secured bond inside the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center, faces one felony count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance.

Deputies also charged him with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Graf, who currently remains behind bars under a $25,000 secured bond, faces one felony count each of trafficking heroin, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

He is also accused of one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, the release said.

Both men are due in court today for a first appearance.
