Criminal Charges — 4-19-13

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • David Lee Chambers, 22, of 6730 Jake Seagle Rd. in Vale was charged April 15 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Delmar Joshua Cannupp, 27, of 6104 Stoneyridge Dr. in Indian Trail was charged April 15 with two counts of failure to appear. A $1,200 secured bond was set.
  • Lonnie Ray Carpenter Jr., 32, of 1638 Roseland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged April 15 with four counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Jordan Keely Arwood, 31, of 5858 Cedarbrook Ct. in Stanley was charged April 15 with one count each of possession of firearms by a felon and manufacturing a schedule I controlled substance. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • James Kevin Leonhardt Jr., 34, of 411 Liberty St. in Lincolnton was charged April 16 with one count of larceny. No bond was set.
  • David William Stewart, 24, of 224 Sterling Ridge Dr. in Newton was charged April 16 with one count of driving while license revoked. No bond was set.
  • Caitlin Rhae Peeler, 22, of 6719 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged April 16 with one count each of conspiracy and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $10,000 secured bond was set. She was also charged with one count of communicating threats, for which no bond was set.
  • Christie Hull Rogers, 41, of 804 Monterey Dr. in Iron Station was charged April 16 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation. No bond was set.
  • Shaniqua Montae Jefferies, 23, of 2323 Pleasant Grove Ch. Rd. in Crouse was charged April 16 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Dusty Franklin Sisk, 31, of 2125 Chapel Ln. in Cherryville was charged April 16 with one count each of probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and manufacturing a schedule II controlled substance. No bond was set.
  • Demetric J. Hopper, 30, of 1953 Kollege Ln. in Crouse was charged April 16 with one count of non-support family. An unknown cash bond was set.
  • Amy Susan Fier, 59, of 7196 Executive Cir. in Denver was charged April 16 with one count each of injury to real property, communicating threats, second-degree trespassing and assault inflicting serious injury or assault with a deadly weapon. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Robert Henry Jones, 64, of 310 E. Main St. in Lincolnton was charged April 16 with 12 counts of operating a gaming machine. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jimi Chalee Harkey, 25, of 6643 Charleston Trl. in Cherryville was charged April 16 with one count of simple assault. He was also served a true bill of indictment for one count each of trafficking opiates by sale, trafficking opiates by possession and trafficking opiates by delivery. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jamie Lynn Martin, 32, of 301 Little St. in Linconton was charged April 16 with one count of failure to appear. An unknown bond was set.
  • Preston Dominiq Beam, 21, of 6447 McInstosh Rd. in Stanley was charged April 17 with one count of probation violation. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Richard Zane Christenbury, 22, of 1854 Beaumont Ln. in Lincolnton was charged April 17 with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tabitha Lynn Haas, 34, of 1954 Scenic Dr. in Iron Station was served a true bill of indictment April 17 for one count each of trafficking opium by sale, trafficking opium by possession and trafficking opium by transport. A $30,000 bond was set.
  • Jessica Louise Weather, 33, of 1321 Rustic Trl. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment April 17 for one count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute a schedule III controlled substance and sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Teddy James Snyder Jr., 41, of 231 Camelot Ln. in Vale was served a true bill of indictment April 17 for one count each of trafficking by possession and trafficking by selling and delivering. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Brian Christopher Gantt, 29, of 306 Cooper Rd. in Vale was served a true bill of indictment April 17 for one count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute a schedule I controlled substance, sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and distribute a schedule VI controlled substance and sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jason Lee Hill, 36, of 2437 Skyview Ln. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment April 17 for one count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute a schedule I controlled substance, sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and distribute a schedule VI controlled substance and sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Rebecca Huffman Branch, 32, of 3716 Gastonia Hwy. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment April 17 for one count each of trafficking a schedule II controlled substance by possession, trafficking a schedule II controlled substance by selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance.
  • Billy Gene Harkey, 39, of 2375 Rock Dam Rd. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment April 17 for one count each of trafficking a schedule II controlled substance by possession and trafficking a schedule II controlled substance by selling and delivering. A $50,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office issued the following criminal summons:

  • Christie Hull Rogers, 41, of 804 Monterey Dr. in Iron Station was issued a criminal summons April 16 for one count of compulsory attendance law violation.
