Staff for U.S. Rep. Patrick McHenry, of North Carolina’s 10th Congressional District, will be holding office hours Thursday in Lincolnton, with Lincoln County residents invited to attend to share any issues or concerns they may have.
Scheduled for 2 to 5 p.m. in the Board of Commissioners chamber on the third floor of the Citizens Center, the opportunity will allow constituents to discuss with staff members issues relating to federal agencies, including Social Security, veterans affairs, immigration and other issues.
Brett Keeter, McHenry’s regional director for Lincoln County, will be on hand to listen to any concerns that constituents have with federal policy or pending legislation before the U.S. Congress. Keeter will then relay these concerns to McHenry, noted a press release announcing the event.
McHenry’s staff holds regular office hours in each county of the 10th District, with district offices maintained in Gastonia, Hickory and Black Mountain.
