Criminal Charges — 12-3-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Thomas Lail, 51, of 1158 Park Cir. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 29 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Reyes Ann Trejo, 27, of 718 Edgegreen Dr. in Charlotte was charged Nov. 29 with one count each of communicating threats and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
  • Allen Scott Waters II, 23, of 1046 Mansion Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 29 with two counts of credit card fraud. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Wesley Dean Cody, 46, of 2357 Hovis Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 29 with one count each felon possessing a firearm and two counts of indecent liberties with a child. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
  • Raymond Richard Moose, 71, of 4730 Dick Wilson Rd. in Denver was charged Nov. 29 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • William Isaiah Tolson, 49, of 370 N. Church St. in Greensboro, N.C., was charged Nov. 29 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $500 bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Ricky Shonnelle Foote, 24, of 114 Jaybird Ln. in Statesville was charged Nov. 24 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possessing stolen property. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jason Lee Featherstone, 23, of 549 Loray Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 26 with one misdemeanor count of probation violation. A $36 bond was set.
  • Emory Williard Greer III, 20, of 625 E. Park Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 26 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Melvin Darnell Pharr, 55, of 4018 E. N.C. 73 in Iron Station was charged Nov. 26 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a female. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
  • Teena Lynch Lineberger, 51, of 525 N. Cedar St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 28 with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Eddie Dean Abernathy, 45, of 925 Moorland Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 28 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute marijuana, selling and delivering marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Christopher Alexander Easter, 29, of 110 Car Wash Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 28 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute dilaudid, selling and delivering dilaudid and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Connie Janette Cherry, 26, of 302 Hubbard St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 28 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute marijuana and selling and delivering marijuana. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Linton Edward Johnson Jr., 66, of 202 N. State St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 28 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute cocaine and selling and delivering cocaine. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Melissa Jane Cherry, 27, of 218 Lynch St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 28 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute klonopin and selling and delivering klonopin. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Andrew Clayton Ledbetter, 29, of 2944 W. N.C. 27 in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 28 with two felony counts each of possession with intent to sell and distribute a schedule I controlled substance (methylone), selling and delivering a schedule I controlled substance (methylone), possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance (ethylone), selling and delivering a schedule I controlled substance (ethylone), possession with intent to sell and distribute a schedule I controlled substance (MDPV) and selling and delivering a schedule I controlled substance (MDPV). A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Stephanie Leigh Ingram, 37, of 943 High Country Ln. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 29 with one felony count each of forgery of an instrument and uttering a forged instrument. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Anthony Joseph Perry III, 35, of 1749 Salem Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 29 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and distribute oxycodone and selling and delivering oxycodone. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
