Can Dryer/Belt Dryer Operator (Job #010158593)

Operate entry and exit ends of can dryer and belt dryer. Drying fabric to prepare fabric for finishing, sewing ends of fabric, adjust heat and speed for proper drying of fabric. Check quality of fabric going into and coming out of dryer and adjust tension. Responsible for all paperwork. Forklift operation is necessary.


Mezzera/Scouring Range (Job #010158580)

Operate and manage Mezzera/Scouring range entry and exit ends to prepare fabric for dyeing process. Check mix tank and add chemicals as needed. Drain and clean machine on a weekly basis. Set temperature range and monitor closely. Adjust tension for each section of range. Adjust cascade pumps. Check fabric for any defects and creases while entering or exiting machine. Doff roll of fabric off. Forklift operation is necessary.


Jet Operator (Job #010158573)

May possibly work in other departments as needed. Dye fabric according to customer specifications. Locate rolls, load rolls and inspect while loading. Operate, add chemicals and inspect fabric while unloading jet dye machines. Forklift operation is necessary.
