Criminal charges — 10-29-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Tait Richard Rogers, 20, of 3211 June Bug Rd. in Vale was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of trafficking opiates by sell, deliver and possession, selling and delivering schedule II and schedule III controlled substances and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II and schedule III controlled substance. An unknown bond amount was set.
  • Marcus Ryan Henley, 18, of 450 North Pilot Knob Rd. in Denver was charged Oct. 24 with two felony counts each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Nathaniel Woodrow Scronce, 22, of 5181 Hoyle Farm Rd. in Vale was charged Oct. 24 with two felony counts each of trafficking opiates by possession, trafficking opiates by sale and trafficking opiates by delivery. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • David Lee Guffie, 45, of 1968 Scenic Dr. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts each of selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance along with one count each of trafficking opiates by possession and trafficking opiates by delivery. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Joshua Lee Nolen, 28, of 2046 Nolen Acres Ln. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 24 with two felony counts each of selling and delivering heroin and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Keymandy Dashawn Williamson, 30, of 733 Rufus Rd. in Denver was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jaime Carolyn Reynolds, 33, of 1886 W. N.C. 150 in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts each of selling and delivering a schedule IV controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Linda Lou Pentolino, 61, of 7141 Lingerfelt Rd. in Vale was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance along with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Gaetano Antonio Pentolino, 61, of 7141 Lingerfelt Rd. in Vale was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance along with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Katie Anne Caudle, 20, of 1968 Scenic Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts each of selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance along with one felony count each of trafficking in opiates by sale, trafficking in opiates by possession and trafficking in opiates by delivery. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tara Alaine Hoffman, 29, of 302 East Hoke St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of trafficking opiates by possession, trafficking opiates by sale and trafficking opiates by delivery. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Daniel Allen Mosteller, 25, of 1837 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Wesley Michael McMahan, 24, of 1450 Poston Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana.  A $5,500 secured bond was set.
  • Mary Trammell Werth, 60, of 410 Lantern Ridge in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of  possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jonathan Guillermo R. Calvo, 32, of 105 Huss St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts each of selling and delivering cocaine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine along with one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of cocaine, trafficking in opiates by sale, trafficking in opiates by possession and trafficking in opiates by transportation. He’s also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jim Dale Rathbun, 25, of 3863 Estelle Ln. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond bond was set.
  • Robert Marshall Beal Jr., 18, of 3997 Koliha Ln. in Maiden was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and selling and delivering marijuana. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
  • Janoia Trammell Smarr, 50, of 410 Lantern Ridge Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with two felony counts each of selling and delivering a schedule IV controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance along with one count each of conspiring to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Thomas Harrison Ford, 32, of 4385 East Maiden Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Brandy Rayvonne Chaney, 37, of 3863 Estelle Ln. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts each of selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Misty Dawn Beal, 36, of 3467 Clearview Ln. in Maiden was charged Oct. 24 with two felony counts each of trafficking in opiates by sale, trafficking in opiates by possession and trafficking in opiates by delivery. A $50,000 secured bond was set.

 The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  •  Justin Tyler Sisk, 16, of 154 Nicholson Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 18 with one felony count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jana Page Leonhardt, 28, of 104 Turner St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 18 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $1,200 secured bond was set.
  • Roderick Brandon Lessard, 25, of 207 Low Bridge Rd. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 18 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $1,200 secured bond was set.
  • Denisha Shanae Wilson, 20, of 2087 Dean Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 19 with one misdemeanor count each of worthless check and failure to comply with cost. A $418.76 secured bond was set.
  • Holly Lyn Long, 27, of 647 Story Woods Rd. Apt. 1 in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 19 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny, possession of stolen property and simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance. An $1,800 secured bond was set.
  • Jimmy Monroe Lamberth, 44, of 3007 Country Crossing Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 19 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Nina Bowman Lamberth, 46, of 3007 Country Crossing Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 19 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • James Montrie Marble, 31, of 4319 Lothar Ridge Ln. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 21 with one misdemeanor count of DWI. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Joseph Albert Martin, 45, of 1868 Waterfalls Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 21 with one misdemeanor count each of assault on a handicapped person, aggressive driving and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Michelle Chapel, 54, of 304 Valerie Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 21 with one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run property damage/failure to stop, no operator’s license. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Ricky Vaughn Sanborn, 52, of 2131 Dale Ave. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 21 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Terry Lee Smith, 46, of 1555 Sandy Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 21 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear for resisting a public officer. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
  • Patrick Wayne Johnson, 40, of 3199 Loomis St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 22 with one count of failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Dalton Keith Marlow, 21, of 2804 Shuford Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 22 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear for reckless driving and hit and run. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Patty Daniels Adams, 45, of 1613 Broome St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with two misdemeanor counts of communicating threats. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Vincent Joseph Centro, 46, of 124 Skylight Ln. in Troutman, N.C., was charged Oct. 23 with one misdemeanor count of failure to comply for driving while license revoked. A $530 secured bond was set.
  • Luis Alberto Rodriguez, 27, of 2564 Shadowbrook Dr. in Lenoir was charged Oct. 23 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $1,600 secured bond was set.
  • Kiley Amanda Smith, 26, of 1335 Ferngully Dr. in Morganton was charged Oct. 23 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear for larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Krystal Lianne Carter, 26, of 720 E. Lincoln St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. A $9,000 secured bond was set.
  • Justin Hazelwood, 20, of 407 Huss St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one misdemeanor count each of revoked/suspended tag/certificate and operating a vehicle with no insurance. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Michael Gene Huffman, 33, of 414 E. Wilkinson St. in Dallas was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of breaking and entering. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
  • Bradley Scott Shaw, 22, of 2057 Dale Ave. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Justin Blake Ingle, 20, of 410 Madison St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 25 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
  • Johnny Allen Carpenter, 48, of 354 Victory Grove Ch. Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 25 with one misdemeanor count of DWI. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

  •  Djuana Christine Travis, 43, of 200 Brown Watterson Rd. in Cherryville was issued a criminal summons Oct. 21 for worthless check. She was also charged with four separate counts of worthless check, for which a $2,700 secured bond was set.
