Criminal charges — 10-26-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Timothy Lamont Penn, 33, of 301 Hawks Bill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 20 with one count each of assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age and stalking. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • John Wesley Phillips, 39, of 304 Hawks Bill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 20 with one count of failure to comply. A $600 secured bond was set.
  • Ronald Estep, 58, of 1217 Village Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 20 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. An $800 secured bond was set.
  • Bobby Lee Estep, 53, of 1217 Village Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 20 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. An $800 secured bond was set.
  • Gabriela Ochoa, 23, of 2784 River Village Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 20 with one count of stalking. She was released on a written promise.
  • Jessica Shamere Key, 30, of 2940 Devine Rd. in Dallas was charged Oct. 20 with one count of first-degree trespassing. A $600 secured bond was set.
  • Joshua Howard Oliver, 27, of 204 Planters Row Rd. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 20 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $700 bond was set.
  • Barbara Wolcott, 59, of 1217 Village Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 20 with one count of misdemeanor aiding & abetting. No bond was set.
  • Corey Andrew Zimmerman, 23, of 3924 Will Proctor St. in Denver was charged Oct. 20 with one count of assault on a female. No bond was set.
  • Daniel Ryan Foriska, 20, of 3377 Paul Heavner Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 21 with one count each of driving while impaired and provisional licensee driving after consuming. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Erin Morgan Lee Clark, 20, of 408 N. Poplar St. in Gastonia was charged Oct. 21 with one count each of larceny of a firearm, felon possessing a firearm and misdemeanor larceny. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jason Andrew Gavitt, 37, of 507 Landers Chapel Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 21 with one count of failure to comply. No bond was set.
  • Christopher Michael Anderson, 21, of 511 Flat Rock Cemetery Rd. in Mt. Holly was charged Oct. 21 with one count each of misdemeanor breaking and entering a building and first-degree trespassing. A $600 secured bond was set.
  • Terry Lee Smith, 45, of 1555 Sandy Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 22 with one count of surrender of surety. A $6,000 bond was set.
  • Terry Lee Tetreault, 69, of 3550 Orchard Rd. Apt. 306 in Iron Station was charged Oct. 22 with eight counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Charles Thomas Young Jr., 32, of 2428 Shady Pine Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 22 with three counts of failure to appear. A $6,000 bond was set.
  • Patrick Wayne Johnson, 40, of 3199 Loomis St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 22 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.
  • Ignacio Sylvestre Martinez, 31, of 4071 Reepsville Rd. in Vale was charged Oct. 22 with one count of probation violation. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Autumn Marie Vaughn, 20, of 1500 Triangle Cir. in Denver was charged Oct. 22 with one count of failure to appear. A $100 bond was set.
  • Timothy Wayne Turner Jr., 20, of 3423 Sorrells Baxter Rd. in Cherryville was charged Oct. 22 with one count of driving while impaired. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Nikki Ann Justice, 22, of 1409 Thomas Ave. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 22 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Johnny Allen Bivens, 21, of 1846 Beaumont Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with one count each of felony trafficking heroin by sale, possession and delivery, trafficking heroin and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance. A $65,000 secured bond was set.
  • Ashley Lynn Nusberger, 19, of 195 Cedar Ridge Ln. in Vale was charged Oct. 23 with one count each of felony trafficking heroin and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. A$50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tavis Sherron Nixon, 34, of 513 S. Laurel St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts each of selling and Delivering cocaine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Bobby Ray Jones, 55, of 838 W. N.C. 150 in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jonathan Rhyne Carpenter, 25, of 949 Rosebury Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of manufacturing marijuana and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $12,500 secured bond was set.
  • Mandy Elizabeth Baumgardner, 21, of 949 Rosebury Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of manufacturing marijuana and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Michael Anthony Ewing, 59, of 209 Hubbard St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of trafficking and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. A $60,000 secured bond was set.
  • Vickie Carpenter Ewing, 57, of 209 Hubbard St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts of trafficking opiates. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Donald Lee Davis Jr., 43, of 1834 Hines Circle Dr. in Stanley was charged Oct. 24 with three felony counts of trafficking opiates. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Steffan Alexander Robinson, 18, of 226 West Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with two felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin and one felony count each of selling heroin and delivering heroin. An unknown bond amount was set.
  • Steven James Nicholson, 45, of 2619 Southmont Rd. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and selling and delivering cocaine. An unknown bond amount was set.
  • Donald Lee Richard, 39, of 184 A St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count each of Trafficking opiates by possession, trafficking by sale, trafficking by delivery and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Shasta Nicole Black, 34, of 1875 Arrowood Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with two felony counts each of selling and delivering mmarijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana.
