Criminal Charges 10-17-12

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

  • Charlie Allen Knight, 40, of 894 Acre Heights in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 11 with one count of communicating threats. He was released on a written promise.
  • Adrian J. Rodriguez, 33, of 1250 Highland Bluff Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 11 with one count of sewage disposal violation. No bond was set.
  • Allison Keley Mouse, 25, of 19815 Lacebark Dr. in Cornelius was charged Oct. 11 with two counts of larceny and one count each of financial identity fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $2,000 bond was set.
  • Valarie Shanta Nichols, 35, of 1389 Highland Bluff Ct. 20C in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 11 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Tianna Marie Eplee, 25, of 96 Burney Mt. Rd. in Fletcher, N.C., was charged Oct. 11 with one count of probation violation, for which a $10,000 bond was set, and one count of failure to appear, for which a $1,600 secured bond was set.
  • Jamen Lee Cowan, 23, of 1880 Sandy Cir. in Newton was charged Oct. 11 with one count of fugitive from justice. No bond was set.
  • Terrance Jerome Misenheimer, 36, of 500 Hyde St. in Kannapolis was charged Oct. 11 with one count each of misdemeanor breaking and entering a building and assault on a female by a male over 18 yrs. of age. No bond was set.
  • Sebastian Alexander Morris, 26, of 7176 Quail Hunt Dr. in Stanley was charged Oct. 11 with four felony counts of record photo etc. w/minor engaged in sex–second-degree. A $40,000 secured bond was set.
  • Alexa Jo Carnes, 24, of 7460 Palm Tree Dr. in Vale was charged Oct. 11 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, larceny, obtaining property by false pretenses, vandalism-injury to real property and possessing stolen goods. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Laura Jean McClain, 45, of 5360 37th St. Dr. in Hickory was charged Oct. 11 with three counts of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by forgery/fraud. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
