4-H service club
The N.C. Cooperative Extension will host a 4-H service club 6:30 p.m. at the James W. Warren Citizens Center in Lincolnton for ages 11-18.
Tammy Loukos, Lincoln County Social Worker for the Blind with the N.C. Division of Services for the Blind, will speak at the Lincolnton Lions Club meeting at 7 p.m. in the Elm Classroom of CMC-Lincoln’s Medical Plaza, 441 McAlister Rd. in Lincolnton. Lions and their guests should plan to arrive at 6:30 p.m.
Registration will be 1-4 p.m. for the Humane Society of Lincoln County’s low-cost spay and neuter clinic on Oct. 30. Individuals may also register in person at 2422 Country Club Rd. in Lincolnton. Payment in the form of cash or check is due at registration.
