Criminal charges — 9-19-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Terry Lee Smith, 45, of 1555 Sandy Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 15 with two counts of failure to appear and one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $5,000 bond was set.
  • Jeremiah Glen Anderson, 26, of 521 Armstrong Cir. in High Shoals was charged Sept. 15 with one count of failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Adam Dwight Tillman, 31, of 746 Old Lincolnton Crouse Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 15 with one count of driving while impaired. No bond was set.
  • Jeffery Scott McNair, 31, of 4201 Heatherstone Dr. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 15 with one count of domestic violence protection order violation. No bond was set.
  • Tommy Carol Reinhardt, 49, of 1486 Buffalo Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 15 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Jennifer Michelle Walker, 27, of 801 Walker Branch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 16 with one count of larceny. No bond was set.
  • Amy Stroupe Queen, 39, of 1645 Beverly Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 16 with one count of harassing phone/obscene call. No bond was set.
  • Jason Allen Hensley, 33, of 3370 Ginger Ln. in Maiden was charged Sept. 17 with four counts of failure to appear. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Willis Cook, 39, of 1625 E. Hudson Blvd. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 17 with three counts each of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance and selling or delivering a schedule II controlled substance. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
  • Matthew Scott Huffman, 26, of 848 Narkley St. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 17 with one count of failure to appear. A $6,000 bond was set.
  • Kimberly Mae Starnes, 42, of 5297 Maybank Ln. in Vale was charged Sept. 17 with one count of harassing phone/obscene call. No bond was set.
  • Rebecca Nicole Champion, 18, of 5297 Maybank Ln. in Vale was charged Sept. 17 with one count of harassing phone/obscene call. No bond was set,
  • Jonathan Christopher Gibson, 19, of 204 Hubbard St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Teddy Dean Allen, 44, of 132 Mountain Laurel Ct. in Vale was charged Sept. 17 with one count of driving while license revoked. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Christian Brian Blaydon, 26, of 2035 Cabin Ln. in Stanley was charged Sept. 17 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set.
  • John Wesley Phillips, 35, of 304 Hawks Bill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with two counts of failure to appear and one count each of driving while impaired and driving while license suspended or revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • James W. Martin, 36, of 1672 Riverview Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one count each of driving while impaired, failure to comply, driving while license revoked and two counts of felony failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Crystal Deaton Setzer, 41, of 384 Howards Creek School Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 18 with one count each of failure to appear and failure to comply. A $300 secured bond was set.
  • Tianna Marie Eplee, 25, of 103 Col. Richard Rankin Dr. in Stanley was charged Sept. 18 with one count of larceny. No bond was set.
  • Dillon Chase Buchanan, 24, of 312 Edgemore Ct. in Charlotte was charged Sept. 18 with one count of driving while impaired. No bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Gregory Neil Clements, 61, of 2646 Cherry Ln. in Denver was charged Sept. 15 with on misdemeanor count of assault with a deadly weapon. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Steven Michael Cherry, 35, of 110 Belmar Rd. in Kings Mountain was charged Sept. 16 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. A $600 secured bond was set.
  • Jimmie Loyd Dunn, 46, of 644 Low Bride Rd. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 16 with one felony count of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
  • Krystal Wright Simmons, 29, of 712 Madison St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $490 cash bond was set.
  • Brenton Franklin Caldwell, 25, of 615 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one misdemeanor count of driving while license revoked. A $500 secured bond was set.
