Criminal Charges — 8-1-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Victor Manuel Bautista, 31, of 231 N.C. 16 in Denver was charged July 26 with one count of assault on a female. No bond was set. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) currently has a hold on him.
  • Joshua Lee Gregory, 23, of 8 Carrie St. in Lincolnton was charged July 26 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Winfred Joy Jackson, 43, of 259 Cowards Ford Rd. in Stanley was charged July 26 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Wade Robert Greene, 34, of 259 Coward Fords Rd. in Stanley was charged July 26 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. A $2,000 bond was set.
  • Tabitha Brie Evans, 27, of 2930 Icard School Rd. in Icard was charged July 26 with two counts of assault inflicting serious injury or assault with a deadly weapon. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Samuel Brandon Sipes, 22, of 6001 Wilkinson Blvd. Lot 40 in Charlotte was charged July 26 with one count of larceny. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • John P. Grant, 41, of 891 Hallman Farm Ln. in Iron Station was charged July 26 with two counts of communicating threats and one count each of second-degree trespassing and injury to personal property. No bond was set.
  • James Matthew Ferro, 40, of 607 Cline St. in Lincolnton was charged July 26 with one count of driving while impaired. No bond was set.
  • Stephen Eugene Travis, 41, of 6710 Wehunt Brown Rd. in Cherryville was charged July 26 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce and possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • James Edward Nanz Sr., 40, of 108 Redding Rd. in Stanley was charged July 26 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. No bond was set.
  • Jeremy Dallas Bolen, 21, of 329 Long Meadow Ln. in Lincolnton was charged July 27 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $500 bond was set.
  • Richard Eugene Hollar, 33, of 315 Long Meadow Ln. in Lincolnton was charged July 27 with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and one count each of food stamp fraud and financial transaction card takes/obtains, for which a $2,500 secured bond was set, and one count of no financial responsibility, for which a $268 cash bond was set.
  • Rodney DeWayne Melton, 44, of 1941 LaFayette St. in Shelby was charged July 27 with one count of non-support family. No bond was set.
  • Susan Tench Fitzgerald, 31, of 1828 Fitzgerald Stowe Ln. in Lincolnton was charged July 27 with one of attempt and conspiracy; penalties; No bond was set.
  • Jason Lee Bryan, 36, of 3518 Jeanette Dr. in Iron Station was charged July 27 with one count of failure to return hired property. An unknown unsecured bond was set.
  • Dustin Mykl Byrum, 21, of 3370 Ginger Ln. in Maiden was charged July 27 with one count of failure to comply. A $415 bond was set.
  • Shannon Aleace Pope, 25, of 2714 Buffalo Forest Rd. was served a true bill of indictment July 27 for habitual breaking and entering. No bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Raymond Neal Thompson, 38, of 4763 Maraland Trl. in Denver was charged July 26 with one misdemeanor count of assault with a deadly weapon. A $4,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jennifer Elaine Hinson, 30, of 145 Shell St. in Lincolnton was charged July 27 with one misdemeanor count each of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and assault. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Renee Lynn Weaver, 47, of 825 Grier St. in Lincolnton was charged July 27 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Andrew Lynn Burke, 31, of 7553 Pilot Cove Ct. in Denver was charged July 27 with one misdemeanor count each of speeding and driving while license revoked. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Maria DeLourdes Perez, 44, of 305 Little St. in Lincolnton was charged July 28 with one misdemeanor count of no operator’s license. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
