Criminal charges — 7-16-12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Rufus Durand Lynch Sr., 52, of 2055 River Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 11 with one count of failure to comply. A $540 cash bond was set.
  • Donnie Wayne Lingerfelt, 37, of 2158 Diamond Ln. in Vale was charged July 11 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Emory Williard Greer, 20, of 647 Story Woods Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 11 with one count each of failure to appear and probation violation. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Amy Marie Clayton, 23, of 7221 Dorn Cir. in Charlotte was charged July 11 with one count of failure to comply. A $561 cash bond was set.
  • Karen Sydelle Pittman, 52, of 1248 Redding Ln. in Lincolnton was charged July 12 with one count of cyberstalking. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jason Alan Laws, 32, of 1040 Iron Lanes in Morganton was charged July 12 with one count each of larceny, forgery-bank notes and obtaining property by false pretenses. No bond was set.
  • William Jack Daniel Upright, 26, of 154 Helton Harris Rd. in Stanley was charged July 12 with one count of felony larceny. No bond was set.
  • Jessica Starr Keller, 26, of 931 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 12 with one count of non-support family. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
  • Jason Mark McGinnis, 33, of 3941 Biggerstaff Rd. in Maiden was charged July 12 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Johnny Ray Izard Jr., 19, of 4160 Kent St. in Maiden was charged July 12 with one count of injury to personal property. No bond was set.
  • Jerry Wade Peace, 35, of 9166 Old N.C. 18 Rd. in Lawndale was charged July 12 with four counts of surrender of surety. A $3,800 secured bond was set.
  • James Harvey Latham, 63, of 116 Venn Dr. in Gastonia was charged July 12 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.
  • Wanda Gail Wilcox, 42, of 1517 7th St. in Statesville was charged July 12 with four counts of financial identity fraud. A $2,500 bond was set.
  • Coley Monroe Jones, 16, of 103 High St. in High Shoals was charged July 12 with one count of failure to appear.  A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Robbie Lee Caldwell, 28, of 7028 Jerry Ross Ln. in Iron Station was served a true bill of indictment July 12 for two counts each of trafficking in cocaine by selling, trafficking in cocaine by possession, trafficking in cocaine by transport, trafficking in cocaine by delivering, selling/delivering cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance along with one count each of selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance, conspiracy to possess with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine. A $250,000 secured bond was set.
  • Michelle Susanne Grimm, 27, of 7782 Burbank Ln. in Denver was charged July 12 with one count of probation violation. A $20,000 bond was set.
  • Dusty Lee Thomas, 33, of 5508 W. Hwy. 27 in Vale was charged July 13 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.
  • William Bryce Black, 46, of 705 Congaree Dr. in  Gastonia was charged July 13 with one count of worthless check. A $300 bond was set.
  • Robert Milton Tate, 49, of 2511 Wildwood Dr. in Shelby was charged July 13 with one count of abandonment/non-support (child). A $200 bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Teosha Kinnyata Jackson, 24, of 1007 Georgetown Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 12 with one felony count of intimidating a witness. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • Latisha Shonte Robinson, 22, of 228 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged July 12 with one felony count of intimidating a witness. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
  • James Ferro, 40, of 607 Cline St. in Lincolnton was charged July 13 with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. A $500 secured bond was set.
