Criminal Charges — 6/22/12

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Timothy Mark Eaker, 47, of 3697 Eaker Rd. in Cherryville was charged June 19 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. No bond was set.
  • James Edward Nantz Sr., 40, of 1016 B. College Blvd. in Dallas was charged June 19 with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $12,000 secured bond was set.
  • Ricky Bryant Hill, 57, of 866 Ram Ln. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for two felony counts each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Carlos Montano, 49, of 1563 Oak Park Ct. in Iron Station was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for charges unknown at time of publication.
  • Albert Walter-Lee Bradshaw Jr., 21, of 1420 Rhodes Rhyne Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 19 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.
  • Joseph Warren Adkins, 23, of 1389 North Gate Ct. in Denver was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one felony count each of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle/place for a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Brenda Ann Parker, 62, of 315 North High St. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one count each of selling and delivering a schedule IV controlled substance and possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Jose Tito Castillo, 38, of 2103 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for charges unknown at time of publication. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Ryan James Johnston, 20, of 321 Elizabeth Ave. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for four felony counts of selling and delivering marijuana, three felony counts each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance and one felony count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Sheryl Louise Montgomery, 51, of 5828 Rumfelt Rd. in Stanley was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule VI controlled substance, selling and delivering cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Dershae Mylantus Blackburn, 22, of 606 East Ch. St. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for two felony counts each of selling and delivering cocaine and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Robert Lee Soles, 25, of 1389 North Gate Ct. in Denver was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Sally Jayne Strutt, 29, of 146 Leisure Trl. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for two felony counts each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Michael Scott Brice, 48, of 113 Cemetery St. in Maiden was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance and possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
  • Cassandra Bell Myers, 42, of 402 Green St. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one felony count each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, two counts of conspiring to sell and deliver marijuana and three felony counts of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Garrett Raymond Lords Johnson, 21, of 6101 Sandal Creek Ln. in Denver was charged June 19 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. An $800 secured bond was set.
  • Joseph William Burns, 18, of 6101 Sandal Creek Ln. in Denver was charged June 19 with one count of consuming an alcoholic beverage under age 21. An $800 secured bond was set.
  • Dustin Allen Myers, 22, of 404 Green St.,, Apt. B, in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule III controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Angelo Stowe Fioramanti, 32, of 3563 Woodstream Dr. in Maiden was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and sell and deliver marijuana. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Amy Forney, 27, of 3496 Woodstream Dr. in Maiden was served a true bill of indictment June 19 for one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Edward Leroy York IV, 19, of 135 SJ Crawford Rd. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 20 for three felony counts each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Chad Matthew Bradley, 32, of 402 Green St. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment June 20 for three felony counts of selling and delivering marijuana, two felony counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana and one felony count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Perry Adam Cook, 30, of 1581 North Brook III School Rd. in Vale was served a true bill of indictment June 20 for one felony count each of trafficking a schedule II controlled substance by possession, by selling and by delivery. A $75,000 secured bond was set.
  • Harold Gene Braddy Jr., 29, of 4571 Bartley Ct. in Iron Station was served a true bill of indictment June 20 for one felony count each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. A $5,000 bond was set.
