Criminal Charges — 6-13-12

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Mairiam Katherine Leigh Daniel, 18, of 6406 Sterling Ct. in Stanley was charged June 9 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $500 bond was set.
  • Shurman Edward Canipe, 56, of 1434 Stafford St. in Conover was charged June 9 with one count of failure to comply. A $350 secured bond was set.
  • Brian Anthony Burnette, 27, of 223 Hawks Bill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged June 10 with two counts of injury to personal property and one count of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Malisha Monique Propst, 24, of 304 Meadow Ridge Farm in Maiden was charged June 10 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and larceny from merchant. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Daniel James Tench, 24, of 164 Del Mar Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 10 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, felony larceny, misdemeanor larceny, larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods and escape from county or city confinement facility. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Charles Lee Hagler Jr., 43, of 3751 Daybrook Ct. in Stanley was charged June 10 with one count each of simple assault & battery or affray, assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age and communicating threats. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jordan Alan Minteer, 19, of 3234 Summerow Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 11 with one count of felony child abuse-any serious physical injury. A $125,000 secured bond was set.
  • Michael Scott Jordan, 23, of 3536 Rhyne Forest Rd. in Iron Station was charged June 11 with one count of assault by pointing a gun. No bond was set.
  • Dilon Gregory Garcia, 16, of 2317 North St. in Lincolnton was charged June 11 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building and larceny after breaking and entering. No bond was set

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

  • Dustin Ray Hoyle, 31, of 1297 Cherryville Hwy. in Lincolnton was charged June 8 with one misdemeanor each of first-degree trespassing and aiding and abetting. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Kristen Nicole Bollinger, 23, of 114 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged June 8 with one felony count each of removing an anti-inventory device and concealing/shoplifting goods. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Crystal Randleman, 27, of 3903 E. Maiden Rd. in Lincolnton was charged June 8 with one misdemeanor count of larceny, simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance and possession of stolen goods. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jeremy Neal McDougal, 22, of 2840 Wheatfield St. in Lincolnton was charged June 10 with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
  • Travis Lee Harrelson, 19, of 159 Williams St. in Lincolnton was charged June 11 with one felony count each of breaking and entering and larceny. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

  • Rhonda Jean Wray, 32, of 990 Calloway Rd. in Lincolnton received a criminal summons June 6 for one misdemeanor count of worthless checks.
