New beauty salon opens in Lincolnton
Bella Rouge Salon, located at 202 Lithia Inn Road in Lincolnton, opened for business on May 2. The salon offers full hair care, nail care and skin care.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays, the salon’s hours of operation are Tuesdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Grand opening to be conducted for new frozen-yogurt shop
CherryBerry, a national yogurt chain, recently opened a location in Denver. Located at 112 S. N.C. 16, the store is owned by father and son duo Bill and Zack Tadlock. CherryBerry has stores in several states across the country and offers a self-serve yogurt bar.
The chain currently has shops in both Charlotte and Gastonia.
The Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce will conduct a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new store on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

Mexican restaurant to open Saturday in Lincolnton
El Patron, a Mexican restaurant located at 1495 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton, is opening for business 11 a.m. Saturday. The new restaurant’s hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. In addition to serving regular-menu items, it will also offer a full lunch buffet.
