Criminal Charges 3-23-12

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Dirk Dejong Shipp, 41, of 115 School St. in Kings Mountain was charged March 15 with 25 counts of misrepresentation to obtain Employment Security Commission benefits. No bond was set.

Melisa Mangum, 30, of 2519 River Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 15 with one count of using a telephone to threaten bodily harm. No bond was set.

Phinx Casimir Lewis Jr., 34, of 1708 Hart Rd. in Charlotte was charged March 15 with three counts of failure to appear and one count each of failure to comply and fugitive from justice. A $600 bond was set.

Jacob Lee Whitlock, 20, of 2189 Otis Dellinger Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 15 with two counts of assault inflicting serious injury or assault with a deadly weapon. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

William Harvey Leonard, 37, of 1488 Waters Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 15 with simple assault & battery or affray. No bond was set.

James Randolph Farris, 30, of 2792 E. Main St. in Lincolnton was charged March 17 with one count of communicating threats. A $500 bond was set.

Theresa Lynn Meglich, 39, of 7652 Natalie Commons Dr. in Denver was charged March 17 with one count of simple assault & battery or affray. A $1,500 bond was set.

Tamlara Denise Cunningham, 49, of 2005 Arney St. in Lincolnton was charged March 18 with count of driving while impaired. No bond was set.

Quintin Dean Locklear, 29, of 3134 Jones Valley Trl. in Iron Station was charged March 18 with count of simple assault & battery or affray. A $500 secured bond was set.

Julius Cecil Tidd Jr., 25, of 3880 Pleasantview Tr. 201 in Denver was charged March 18 with one count each of possession of marijuana exceeding ½ ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia and assault on a female.  A $500 bond was set.

Stefani Marie Digiovanni, 27, of 19210 Corrington Club Dr. in Denver was charged March 18 with one count each of careless and reckless driving and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. No bond was set.

Michelle Hensley Crunkleton, 39, of 136 Joye Ln. in Belmont was charged March 18 with one count of worthless check. No bond was set.

Heather Renee Hensley, 34, of 607 S Lorraine St. in Dallas was charged March 19 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.

Patrica May Hairston, 51, of 5791 Boxer Dr. in Iron Station was charged March 19 with six counts of embezzlement. A $15,000 bond was set.

James Michael Crouch, 40, of 6332 Helens Way in Denver was charged March 19 with seven counts of embezzlement. A $15,000 bond was set.

Jeremiah Amos White, 26, of 158 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 19 with four counts of failure to comply. A $1,000 bond was set.

Brandon Lawrence Sain, 16, of 414 Franks Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 19 with seven felony counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and six misdemeanor counts of larceny. He has since been released on a written promise.

Dillon Edward Morris, 16, of 864 Sunbeam Dr. in Lincolnton was charged March 19 with seven felony counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and six misdemeanor counts of larceny. He has since been released on a written promise.

Justin Dean Goodman, 30, of 116 Valleydale Ln. in Gastonia was charged March 19 with one count each of driving while license revoked, failure to stop for siren and transporting an open container while consuming or remains in body. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Johnny Ray Izard Jr., 18, of 4160 Kent St. in Maiden was charged March 19 with one count of false report to police radio broadcasting station. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Andre Renardell Odum, 39, of 1890 Heartland Tr. in Lincolnton was charged March 19 with three counts of failure to appear. A $10,000 bond was set.

Keith Alan Blakely, 32, of 2590 Tin Mine Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 19 with one count of using a telephone to threaten bodily harm. No bond was set.

Susan E. Spencer, 50, of 4772 Reepsville Rd. in Vale was charged March 19 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set.

Ryan Rudy Elledge, 19, of 7333 Fallen Pine Rd. in Sherrills Ford was charged March 20 with three counts of breaking and entering vehicles and one count of consuming an alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.

Jenson Scott Payseur, 28, of 3106 Wesleyan Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 20 with four counts of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.

Joel Seafus Lance, 28, of 267 John E. Randall Rd. in Shelby was charged March 20 with one count of larceny. A $15,000 secured bond was set.

Larry Eugene Garrett Jr., 52, of 219 Stockwood Ln. in Stanley was charged March 20 with one count of failure to comply. No bond was set.

Tammie Laurette Baxter, 46, of 2805 West Airline Ave. A3 in Gastonia was charged March 20 with one count of shoplifting. A $500 secured bond was set.

Stephen Eugene Malcolm, 60, of 452 Rhyne Rd. in Charlotte was charged March 20 with three counts of second-degree rape. A $40,000 secured bond was set.

Hayley Danielle Dellinger, 27, of 102 Wendover Dr. in Lincolnton was charged March 20 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. She has since been released on a written promise.

Brittany Ann Kirkpatrick, 21, of 3268 Marshall Wolfe Rd. in Shelby was charged March 20 with two counts of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and one count each of second-degree trespassing and misdemeanor larceny. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Christina Renee Sheppard, 30, of 3395 Mission Dr. in Lincolnton was charged March 20 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Johnathon Lloyd Hamrick, 31, of 722 Lakehurst St. in Shelby was charged March 20 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Amado Hilario DeJesus, 30, of 1008 Hunters Rd. in Huntersville was charged March 21 with two counts of driving while license revoked and one count each of hit-and-run property damage and no financial responsibility. A $600 secured bond was set.

Conway Storm Cook, 19, of 4841 E. Hwy. 27 in Iron Station was charged March 21 with one count each of larceny and consuming an alcoholic beverage under the age of 21. A $600 secured bond was set.

Chasity Nicole Sowell, 22, of 946 Ben Mclean Rd. in Denver was charged March 21 with one count each of driving left of center, driving while impaired, careless and reckless driving, assault on a government official and disorderly conduct (non-specific) disturbing the peace. A $2,000 bond was set.

Terry Paul Ray, 56, of 2508 Barkers Ridge Dr. in Gastonia was charged March 21 with one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.

Thomas Lee Jenkins, 41, of 141 E. Hilltop Dr. in Gastonia was charged March 21 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 bond was set.

Harold Preston Spurling II, 36, of 2378 Hedgewood Cir. in Gastonia was charged March 21 with one count each of second-degree trespassing and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $500 bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Eric Justin White, 24, of 301 S. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged March 15 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $300 secured bond was set.

Candace Banks Moore, 27, of unknown address, was charged March 15 with one misdemeanor count each of communicating threats and simple assault. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Floyd Homer Wright III, 43, of 312 McGregor Rd. in Gastonia was charged March 16 with one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen property. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

Michael Anthony Goode, 52, of 931 W. Mauney Ave. in Gastonia was charged March 16 with one misdemeanor count of larceny and possession of stolen property. A $2,500 secured bond.

Thomas Michael Adams, 57, of 421 Spargo St. in Gastonia was charged March 16 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen property. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

Quener Zamael Pacheco, 18, of 205 Dinadan Dr. in Charlotte was charged March 17 with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a fraudulent ID and no operator’s license. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

Amy Deaice Stover, 27, of 303 New Castle Ave. in Lincolnton was charged March 15 with 39 misdemeanor counts of fraud-Employment Security Commission.
