Criminal Charges 3-12-12

The Lincolnton Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Daniel Logan Scronce, 25, of 3310 Wyant Rd. in Vale was charged March 7 with one count of driving while impaired. No bond was set.

Roger Lee Callaway, 45, of 1823 Drew Dr. in Lincolnton was charged March 7 with one count of failure to appear. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Jarvis Lanard Miller, 27, of 3496 Woodstream Dr. in Maiden was charged March 7 with two felony counts of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana along with one felony count each of maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. He additionally faces one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and child abuse. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Burnetta Quinette Misher, 25, of 337 Ramseur Rd. in Maiden was charged March 7 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.

Tony Lynn Ray Jr., 51, of 828 S. Little Egypt Rd. in Stanley was charged March 7 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $300 secured bond was set.

Deirdre Nichol Carlson, 38, of 7828 S Little Egypt Rd. in Stanley was charged March 7 with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $300 secured bond was set.

Bobby Lee Estep, 53, of 221 Falconview Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 7 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. No bond was set.

Angela Lynn McGirt, 39, of 2287 Bynum Estate Rd. in Iron Station was charged March 8 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia and aiding and abetting a minor with alcohol possession. A $1,000 bond was set.

Heath Alexander Brown, 25, of 2287 Bynum Estate Rd. in Iron Station was charged March 8 with one count of aiding and abetting a minor with alcohol possession. A $500 bond was set.

Brittany Nicole Franz, 22, of 1096 Mount Zion Church Rd. in Iron Station was charged March 8 with one count of failure to comply. A $500 bond was set.

Michael Jermaine Wright, 39, of 6035 Gilbert Hilton Rd. in Vale was charged March 8 with one count of failure to comply. A $17,004.54 bond was set.

Stephen Prescott Costa, 57, of 2 Bauer Ln. in Falmouth, Mass., was charged March 8 with one count of felony larceny. A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Myles Dalton Dixon, 18, of 1026 Brevard Place Rd. in Iron Station was charged March 8 with one count each of selling and delivering controlled substances to minors between the ages of 13 and 16 and contributing to the delinquency and neglect of minors. A $30,000 secured bond was set.

Misty Dawn Whiteside, 33, of 533 Adventure Dr. in Dallas was charged March 8 with one count of
false report to police radio broadcasting station. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Michael Lee Watson Jr., 41, of 65 Thornberry Cir. in Mashpee, Mass., was charged March 8 with one count each of felony larceny and conspiracy. A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Daniel Brandon Houser, 23, 3316 Iredell Heights Rd. in Iron Station was charged March 8 with one count of larceny of a firearm. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Judith Ann Rishel Hamm, 57, of 1966 Mariposa Rd. in Stanley was charged March 8 with one count each of possessing stolen goods, possession of a firearm by a felon and financial transaction card-sells. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Tony Aaron Goddard, 23, of 2578 Southland Tr. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment March 8 for charges unknown at time of publication. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Benjamin Lee Crews, 21, of  Catawba Pines, A5 in Newton was charged March 8 with one count of failure to appear. A $16,000 secured bond was set.

Bryan Wayne Kennedy, 27, of 1690 Lenora Cir. in Lincolnton was charged March 9 with six counts of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance along with five counts each of misdemeanor child abuse, selling and delivering a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule II controlled substance.  He’s also charged with two counts each of conspiracy and trafficking heroin. A $250,000 secured bond was set.
