Criminal Charges 3-2-12

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

 

Justin Lee McCarver, 30, of 2249 Hudson Landings Dr. E in Gastonia was charged Feb. 28 with two counts of failure to appear and one count of larceny. A $500 secured bond was set.

Telisha Michelle Rudisill, 30, of 227 Old Tavern Ln. in Maiden was charged Feb. 28 with one count of failure to comply. No bond was set.

Chelsea Ray Stutesman, 20, of 4489 Rudisill Rd. in Hickory was charged Feb. 28 with one count of failure to stop at red light/stop sign and hit-and-run property damage. She was released on a written promise.

Cheryl Cook Davis, 38, of 1834 Hines Circle Rd. in Stanley was charged Feb. 28 with one count each of driving while impaired, speeding, aggressive driving, failure to stop at red light/stop sign, speeding to elude arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a schedule III controlled substance. A $1,500 bond was set.

Jimmy Lloyd Brown, 54, of 9404 Pine Wood Ave. in Charlotte was charged Feb. 29 with two count of simple assault and battery or affray and one count of second-degree trespass. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Gerald Matthew Morgan, 34, of 204 Blue Ridge Dr. in Stanley was charged Feb. 29 with one count of failure to comply. A $1,500 cash bond was set.

Charles Wayne Spurlin Jr., 38, of 3848 Azalea Tr. in Denver was charged Feb. 29 with two counts of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Jewel Nicole Smith, 41, of 3678 Oakwood Cir. in Iron Station was charged Feb. 29 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $500 secured bond was set.

David Seth Aderhold, 28, of 1370 Pressley Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 29 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.

Michelle Susanne Grimm, 27, of 7782 Burbank Ln. in Denver was charged Feb. 29 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Tenna Lynch Lineberger, 50, of 523 N. Cedar St. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 29 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Candace Miranda Secrest, 24, of 80 23rd St NW in Longview was charged Feb. 29 with two counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Daniel Lloyd Akins, 20, of 5794 Clintwood Dr. in Stanley was charged March 1 with one count of driving while impaired. An $800 secured bond was set.

Camyron Fredrick Johnson, 23, of 842 20th Ave Place SE in Hickory was charged March 1 with one count each of careless and reckless driving and driving while impaired. No bond was set.

Anthony Lee McCarn, 27, of 5747 Clintwood Dr. in Stanley was charged March 1 with one count of injury to personal property. No bond was set.

Christopher Brian Kent, 26, of 1399 K. N. Victor Way in Lincolnton was charged March 1 with one count of abandonment/non-support (child). No bond was set.

The Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Nicole Arzuaga, 16, of 334 Colonial Village Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 23 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny, possession of stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon. An $800 secured bond was set.

Christopher Perez, 22, of 144 Olivia Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 28 with one felony count of larceny by removing items from merchant. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Helen Annette Baumer, 20, of 1021 Willow Creek Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 29 with one misdemeanor count of consuming alcohol underage. A $500 secured bond was set.

Lacharlzo Morrell Forney, 30, of 6524 Old Plank Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Feb. 29 with one misdemeanor count of cyberstalking. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Donald Ray Moose, 48, of 1405 Calvary St. in Gastonia was charged Feb. 29 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and driving while license revoked. A $743 secured bond was set.

Steven Blake Welch, 18, of 4079 Angel Ln. in Maiden was charged March 1 with one misdemeanor count each of assault and battery and injury to personal property. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
