Criminal Charges 1-30-12

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests:

Keith Lee Clontz, 28, of 4571 Noble Dr. in Catawba was charged Jan. 25 with one-count of failure to comply. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Tana Lavon Smith, 29, of 1468 Westdale Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 25 with one-count of failure to appear. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.

Marty Stillwell Rogers Jr., 18, of 6523 Buckskin Tr. in Vale was charged Jan. 25 with one-count of assault—inflicting serious injury or assault with a deadly weapon. An $800 secured bond was set.

Jarrick Duran Homesley, 38, of 1 Cranberry Hill Cir. in Mauldin, S.C., was charged Jan. 25 with four-counts each of forgery of notes checks warrants and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Nathan David Byers, 39, of 2295 Seagletown Rd. in Vale was charged Jan. 25 with one-count of domestic violence protective order. No bond was set.

Amber Nicole Chapman, 27, of 1140 Jennifer Ln. in Cherryville was charged Jan. 26 with two-counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance along with one-count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Larry Dale Penley, 58, of 308 Grandview Ln. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of trafficking heroin, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance. A $20,000 bond was set.

Stewart Lacy Earle, 57, of 308 Grandview Ln. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one felony count each of sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set.

Rita Ann Powell, 57, of 1749 Salem Church Rd. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one felony count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance and sell and deliver a Schedule III controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set.

Danny Lee Walker, 61, of 1055 South Grove St. Ext. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count of trafficking heroin. A $20,000 bond was set.

Donald Christopher Bracey, 44, of 2535 Woodland Hill Tr. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for two felony counts each of sell and deliver cocaine and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine and one-count of maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set.

Mary Cody Stamey, 43, of 4759 Westwinds Rd. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver morphine, sell and deliver Morphine and conspiracy to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set.

Lewis Dean Shaw, 51, of 3655 Shaw Estate Ln. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one felony count each of trafficking in opium by sale; trafficking by possession; trafficking by delivery; possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance; and sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance. A $40,000 bond was set.

Bobby Wayne Langley, 52, of 1411 Roundtree Ln. 132 in Lincolnton served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of trafficking in opium by possession and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or forgery. A $20,000 bond was set.

Clayton James Waynick, 24, of 532 South 8th St. in Maiden was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin and sell and deliver heroin. $15,000 bond was set.

Jackie Johnson Haynes, 49, of 1557 Leonards Fork Church Rd. in Crouse was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one felony count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance and sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A $20,000 bond was set.

James Brownell Bradstreet, 51, of 3442 Fostall Ln. in Maiden was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one felony count each of possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set.

Adam Lee Braddy, 27, of 613 N. Flint St. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of trafficking in Opium by sale; trafficking in Opium by possession; trafficking in Opium by transport; possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Oxycodone and sell and deliver Oxycodone. A $40,000 bond was set.

Joshua Jezreel Duncan, 22, of 1458 Drexall Ln. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine; sell and deliver cocaine; possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Alprazolam; sell and deliver Alprazolam; trafficking in Opium by sale, possession and delivery; possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana; sell and deliver marijuana. A $50,000 bond was set.

Susan Tench Fitzgerald, 50, of 1828 Fitzgerald Stowe Ln. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and sell and deliver marijuana. No bond was set.

Elizabeth Lynn Meadows, 27, of 220 Old Beatty Rd. in Stanley was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and sell and deliver marijuana. A $15,000 bond was set.

Luther Bolton Vassey, 30, of 3089 River Rd. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Heroin and sell and deliver Heroin. A $30,000 bond was set.

Jonathan Logan Whitesides, 36, of 2043 Tin Mine Rd. in Lincolnton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one felony count each of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana; maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance; sell and deliver marijuana; conspiracy to sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.        A $9,999 bond was set.

Travis Santel Ramseur, 33, of 306 Kilborne Dr. in Newton was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and sell and deliver marijuana. A $10,000 bond was set.

Arvonia Price England, 58 of 7059 Old Plank Rd. in Stanley was charged Jan. 26 with one-count of financial identity fraud. A $2,000 bond was set.

Kenneth Allen Hullett, 51, of 37 E. Pine St. in Maiden was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance and manufacturing cocaine. A $20,000 bond was set.

Traci Danielle Hartley, 36, of 1911 Alpine Ln. in Gastonia was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, sell and deliver cocaine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine.  A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Sandy Lavander Ray, 37, of 3323 Beal Rd. in Maiden was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for one-count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Terry Lamar Brice, 43, of 714 Henry Ave. in Gastonia was served a true bill of indictment Jan. 26 for three felony counts of conspiring to sell and deliver cocaine. A $30,000 secured bond was set.

Lillie Holmes Silva, 47, of 2818 Rhoney Farm Rd. in Vale was charged Jan. 26 with one-count of larceny and two-counts of probation violation. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Tammy Lynn Patrick, 48, of 4060 Angel Ln. in Maiden was charged Jan. 26 with one-count of simple assault. A $500 bond was set.

Mark Alan Clark, 38, of 1492 Timberhill Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 26 with two-counts each of communicating threats, injury to personal property and second-degree trespass along with one-count each of misdemeanor larceny, assault by pointing a gun, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill-inflicting serious injury, first-degree trespass and assault on a female. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Glenn Andrew Morgan, 56, of 1865 N. Hwy. 16 in Denver served a true bill of indictment Jan. 27. Charges were not available at time of publication. A $50,000 bond was set.

The City of Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Tryone Louis Shipp, 43, of 213 Newbold St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 24 with one felony count each of robbery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree burglary, second-degree kidnapping, attempted first-degree rape, larceny, possession of a firearm by a felon and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. A $152,000 secured bond was set.

Adam Lamar Carter, 33, of 2288 Story St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 24 with one felony count of larceny from merchant/removal of a deactivation device. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Dillon Lamare Blaydon, 19, of 1609 Sigmon St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 25 with one misdemeanor count each of assault and larceny. A $500 secured bond was set.

Christopher D. Rudisill, 22, who’s address is unknown, was charged Jan. 25 with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and sell/deliver cocaine. A $30,000 secured bond was set.

Stephen P. Costa, 57, of 2 Bauer Ln. in Falmouth, Mass., was charged Jan. 26 with one felony count each of larceny from merchant and conspiracy. A $12,000 secured bond was set.

Michael Lee Watson Jr., 41, of 65 Thornberry Cir. in Mashpee, Mass., was charged Jan. 26 with one felony count each of larceny from merchant and conspiracy. A $12,000 secured bond was set.

The City of Lincolnton Police Department reported the following criminal summons:

Heather Braun Goodson, 42, of 4718 Maintain View Ln. in Maiden was charged Jan. 26 with two misdemeanor counts of simple worthless check.
