Criminal Charges

 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests:

 

Candido Maisonet, 30, of 118 Brookside Ln. in Morganton was charged Jan. 10 with one-count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

A $300 secured bond was set.

Edward Jerome Downs, 48, of 104 Bryans Way in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with one-count of driving while license revoked.

No bond was set.

Christy Rebecca Payne, 44, of 162 Shell St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with one-count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

A $20,000 unsecured bond was set.

Carla Susan Land, 33, of 238 Vance Hull Ln. in Vale was charged Jan. 10 with one-count of failure to appear.

An unsecured bond was set.

Jerry Wayne Johnson, 39, of 3523 Jefferson St. in Sherrills Ford was charged Jan. 10 with one-count of communicating threats.

An unsecured bond was set.

Tryone Lewis Tucker, 39, of 6510 McIntosh Rd. in Stanley was charged Jan. 11 with two-counts of careless and reckless driving and one-count each of driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, speeding and driving left of center.

No bond was set.

The City of Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Marlin Inman, Jr., 48, of 1123 Morningside Park Dr. Apt. B in Gastonia was charged Jan. 9 with one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without insurance.

A $540 secured bond was set.

Jacob Keith Hall, 2421 Sunset St. Apt. H in Gastonia was charged Jan. 10 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear.

A $20,000 secured bond was set.

William John Garcia, 29, of 2128 Bost St. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with two misdemeanor counts of 50-B violation.

He is being held without bond.

Jeffrey Lee Nolen, Jr., 26, of 6125 Nolen Acres Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with one misdemeanor count of larceny.

A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Brittany Ann Kirkpatrick, 21, of 3628 Marshall Wolfe Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Jan. 10 with one felony count of identity theft and one misdemeanor count each of larceny, resist, delay and obstruct a public officer and second-degree trespass.

An $8,000 secured bond was set.
