Criminal Charges 12-30-11

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests:

Jessica Carol Gibson, 23, of 128 Prestwood Ln. in Mooresville was charged Dec. 24 with one-count each of driving while impaired and open container-prohibited. A $1,000 bond was set.

Jacquelyn Loretta Young, 52, of 988 Hatchett Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 24 with one-count of failure to appear. A $300 secured bond was set.

Geovanny Marcelino Hernandez, 20, of 1330 Highland Bluff Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 24 with two-counts of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance and one-count each of sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Daniel Brandon Houser, 23, of 3316 Iredell Heights Rd. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 24 with one-count each of failure to appear and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. A $612.50 secured bond was set.

Rickey Lee Edwards, 45, of 1148 Ralph B. Keener Rd. 30 in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 24 with one-count of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. No bond was set.

William Darely Rodriguez, 25, of 3941 English Oak Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 25 with two-counts each of possession with intent to sell/deliver a counterfeit controlled substance and sell or deliver a counterfeit controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Jordan Andres Suarez, 20, of 2485 Hovis Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 25 with five-counts of failure to appear. A $600 secured bond was set.

Lamondre Dwayne Baker, 25, of Comfort Inn in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 25 with two-counts of failure to appear.
A $1,500 secured bond was set.
Joshua Lee Locklear, 18, of 4889 Tyler Dr. in Rowland was charged Dec. 26 with one-count each of affray and consuming an alcoholic beverage under age 21.
A $150 secured bond was set.

Quintin Dean Locklear, 29, of 3134 Jones Valley Tr. In Iron Station was charged Dec. 26 with one-count each of breaking and entering a vehicle-RR cars and other motor vehicles, larceny and
possessing stolen goods.  A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Andrew Lee Lambert, 24, of 304/1 Kadesh Church Rd. in Lawndale was charged Dec. 26 with one-count of true bill of indictment. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Lisa Kay Seagle, 32, of 203 Foster St. in Cherryville was charged Dec. 27 with two-counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and one-count each of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $12,000 secured bond was set.

Logan Durie Goodson, 18, of 7883 Chapel Creek Dr. in Stanley was charged Dec. 27 with one-count of driving while impaired. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Richard Dean Workman, 29, of 138 Stockwood Ln. in Stanley was charged Dec. 27 with one-count each of felony breaking and entering a building, fictitious name or false address on license application, no operator’s license and driving while license revoked. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Billy Roger McGee, Jr., 37, of 4992 Turner Rd. in Granite Falls was charged Dec. 27 with one-count each of probation violation and failure to appear. A $25,000 secured bond was set.

Michael Dean Severt, 50, of 1205 Oakwood Ave. in Kannapolis was charged Dec. 27 with one-count each of communicating threats and injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Misty Dawn Davis, 30, of 6567 Beam Lumber Rd. in Vale was charged Dec. 27 with one-count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule VI controlled substance. No bond was set.

Brandon John Watts, 18, of 6362 Burnhurst Ln. in Denver was charged Dec. 28 with one-count each of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to a ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $2,000 bond was set.

Swandy A. Ramirez Turcios, 20, of 3430 Mission Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 28 with one-count each of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and consuming an alcoholic beverage under age 21. An $800 bond was set.

Richard Brian Pearson, 20, of 868 North Brook 3 School Rd. in Vale was charged Dec. 28 with one-count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while impaired. An $800 bond was set.

The City of Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Jimmie Lee Allen, 38, of 541 Guy Heavner Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 23 with one misdemeanor count of assault. He was released on a written promise.

Victor Fletcher Cobb, 40, of 302 W. Congress St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 26 with one misdemeanor count of larceny. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Travis Clark, 28, of 5540 Willow Dr. in Maiden was charged Dec. 29 with one misdemeanor count each of assault on a female and damage to real property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Frances Rene Blancher, 41, of 1378 Highway 172 in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 29 with one misdemeanor count of assault on a government official. A $3,000 bond was set. He was also arrested on Dec. 28 for one misdemeanor count each of intoxicated and disruptive, resisting, delaying and obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, for which a $1,500 secured bond was set.

Keith Allen Tester, 40, of 308 S. Poplar St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 28 with one felony count of trafficking opium, and a criminal summons for larceny. A $25,000 unsecured bond was set.

Brandon Shealy, 26, of 1131 Hephzibah Church Rd. in Crouse was charged Dec. 28 with one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of MDPV. A $2,500 unsecured bond was set.
