Criminal Charges 12-16-11

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests:

Travis Lee Cooper, 36, of 656 Hestertown Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with two counts each of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule VI, sell or deliver controlled substance Schedule VI and attempt and conspiracy;penalties. A $10,000 bond was set.

Tanisha Masha Atkins, 21, of 6427 Woodbend Drive #P in Charlotte was charged Dec. 12 with two counts each of possession of controlled substance with intent to manufacture Schedule II, attempt and conspiracy; penalties, possesssion of controlled substance with intent to manufacture Schedule II,  and sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule II. A $5,000 bond was set.

Shantel Monique Nixon, 22, of 6427 Woodbend Dr. #P in Charlotte was charged Dec. 12 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule II, sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule II and attempt and conspiracy;penalties. A $5,000 bond was set.

Robert Eugene Hoosier, 40, of 11127 Lions Mane St. in Charlotte was charged Dec. 12 two counts of failure to appear. An $800 bond was set.

Jean Creel, 83, of 4808 Mountain View Ln. in Maiden was charged Dec. 12 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.

Tony Allen Tomlinson, 47, of 1652 Tomlinson Loop in Connelly Springs was charged Dec. 12 with one count of larceny (misdemeanor). No bond was set.

John Wayne Doster, 40, of 2622 Smokey Dan Kennel Rd. in Vale was charged Dec. 12 with one count each of failure to comply, domestic violence protective order and driving while license supended or revoked. An $18,319.04 secured bond was set.

Jennifer Nicole Punch, 25, of 2660 Prince Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with one count each of possession of controlled substance Schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession with intent to manufacture controlled substance Schedule II. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Roger Dale Goins II, 26, of 3289 Pine Tree St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with one count each of possession of controlled substance Schedule II, possession of controlled substance Schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $3,000 bond was set.

Joshua Lee Nolen, 27, of 6125 Nolen Acres Ln. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 12 with one count of possession of controlled substance with intent to manufacture Schedule II and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Angel Elizabeth Marie Moses, 22, of 6128 Nolen Acres Ln. in Iron Station was charged Dec. 12 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying concealed weapons. A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Candace Carpenter Christopher, 33, of 2938 School House Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with one count of worthless check. No bond was set.

Nathan David Byers, 39, of 2295 Seagletown Rd. in Vale was charged Dec. 12 with one count of assault a child/minor. No bond was set.

Christopher Eugene Bryant, 28, of 310 Grandview Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with one count of communicating threats. No bond was set.

Adam Castillo, 32, of 238 Vance Hull Ln. in Vale was charged Dec. 13 with one count of possession of controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set. Castillo was also charged Dec. 13 with one count of failure to comply. A $279.93 bond was set for that charge.

Jonathan Matthew Tucker, 26, of 6691 Denver Heights Cir. in Denver was charged Dec. 13 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance Schedule II, maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance and driving while license suspended or revoked. A $10,500 secured bond was set.

The City of Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Melony Sachene Ware, 33, of 126 Belvins Dr. in Shelby was charged Dec. 5 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny, resist/delay/obstruct an officer and second degree trespass. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Brooke Ashley Kirkpatrick, 23, of 3268 Marshall Wolfe Rd. in Shelby was charged Dec. 5 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and resist/delay/obstruct and officer. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Johnny Boston Hall, 52, of 3266 Mack Ballard Rd. in Maiden was charged Dec. 5 with one misdemeanor count of driving while impaired and open container consuming. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Heather Nicole Meeks, 33, of 3210 Loop Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 5 with one misdemeanor count of simple assault. She was released on written promise.

Patrick Alan Wilson, 37, of 1180 Maiden Wood Circle in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 3 with one misdemeanor count of order for arrest. A $300 secured bond was set.

Kasey Lee Caldwell, 31, of 916 Woodlawn Rd. in Mt. Holly was charged Dec. 3 with one misdemeanor count of failure to appear-simple worthless check. A $300 secured bond was set.

Arturo Sierra Sanchez, 25, of 102 Allendale Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 3 with one misdemeanor count of aid and abetting impaired driving. A $300 secured bond was set.

Christopher D. Rudisill, 22, of 206 Lynch St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 2 with one felony count of armed robbery. A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Cameron Michael Shephard Anover, 24, of 2290 Dellinger Rd. in Newton was charged Dec. 8 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while license revoked and expired registration card. A $300 bond was set.

Brenda Faye Rice, 59, of 3293 E. Hwy. 150 in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 8 with one count of failure to pay income tax. A $945 secured bond was set.

Carl Nicholas Rice, 20, of 2012 Poarch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 10 with one misdemeanor count of larceny, criminal summons. No bond was set.

Joshua Ervin Adams, 22, of 407 Liberty St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 10 with one misdemeanor count each of driving while impaired, careless and reckless driving and possession of marijuana. A $500 secured bond was set.

Jesus Nieto Mejia, 35, of 717 E. Sycamore St. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with one misdemeanor count of no operator’s license. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Tevin Obrien Ingram, 18, of 1447 Pressley Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with one misdemeanor count of shoplifting/concealment. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Jesse Wayne Mace, 30, of 6825 Cranberry Trl. in Lincolnton was charged Dec. 12 with two misdemeanor counts of injury to personal property. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
