Criminal Charges for Oct. 28, 2011

The Lincolnton County Sheriff’s Department reported the following charges:

Carmen Graham Mims, 43, of 1824 Tomes Road in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 23 with one count of theft of cable television service. No bond was set.

Harold Todd Cooke, 46, of 525 Buffalo Shoals Road in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 24 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.

Adam Joseph Hicks, 25, of 769 Watkins Road in Gastonia, was charged Oct. 24 with one count each of failure to comply and failure to appear. A $321 bond was set.

Samuel Ray Noblitt, 51, of 4173 Hwy. 182 in Crouse, was charged Oct. 24 with one count of larceny (misdemeanor). A $2,000 bond was set.

James Kevin Leonhardt Jr., 32, of 2325 15th Street SW in Hickory, was charged Oct. 24 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 bond was set.

April Lynn Turner, 25, of 9306 Detroiter Drive in Huntersville, was charged Oct. 24 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Randell Clark Owens, 22, of 6801 Knottywood Lane in Vale, was charged Oct. 24 with one count of using telephone to threaten bodily harm. No bond was set.

Chasity Lee Stroud, 25, of 103 Sides Drive in Dallas, was charged Oct. 25 with one count of failure to appear. A $300 bond was set.

David Russell Pittman, 30, of 510 Starview Dr. 6 in Gastonia, was charged Oct. 26 with one count each of burglary (second degree), larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Scottie Dean Smith, 27, of 1918 Burgin Smith Rd. in Vale, was charged Oct. 26 with one count each of false report of theft or conversion and obtaining property by false pretenses. No bond was set.

Wade Anthony Rippy Jr., 38, of 320 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 26 with one count each of driving while impaired, open container-prohibited, driving while license revoked and abandonment/nonsupport (child). A $600 bond was set.

Amy Jeanette Anguiano, 33, of 3154 Philadelphia Church Rd. in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 26 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Toman Tarrell Dunbar, 29, of 121 Mill Court Rd. in Cherryville, was charged Oct. 26 with one count each of simple assault/simple assault and battery or affray and trespass (second degree). A $500 secured bond was set.

Michael Allen Billings, 20, of Route 19 Trace Branch Hollow in Squire W. Va., was charged Oct. 26 with one count of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance and two counts of trafficking heroin. No bond was set.

Dana Suzanne Johnson, 39, of 3199 Loomis St. in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 26 with four counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Lindsay Hope Neal, 26, of 3543 Oakdale Dr. in Crouse, was charged Oct. 26 with one count of failure to appear. No bond was set.

Charles Ransom Letterman, 62, of 1776 Amy Dr. in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 27 with one count each of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age and assault on female. A $1200 bond was set.

The City of Lincolnton Police Department reported the following arrests:

Heather Lee Small, 31, of 802 N. Cedar St. in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 19 with one misdemeanor count of assault on government official. A $500 secured bond was set.

Dustin Keith Hunsucker, 20, of no address, was charged Oct. 19 with one misdemeanor count of probation violation. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Jameaka Roshawn Williams, 18, of 501 13th St. in Bessemer City, was charged Oct. 20 with two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Marquacious Jernard Friday, 17, of 1382 Buffalo Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 20 with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a handgun by minor and carrying a concealed weapon. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Gerardo Angeles Dominguez, 29, of 4810 N. Hwy. 16 in Denver, was charged Oct. 20 with one misdemeanor count of false identification and one count of failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $1,300 secured bond was set.

Geovanny Marcelino Hernandez, 19, of 1330 Highland Bluff Ct. in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 20 with one misdemeanor count each of assault with a deadly weapon, assault and battery and assault inflicting serious injury. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Barbara Denise Ball, 25, of 3861 Stoney Creek Drive in Lincolnton, was charged Oct. 20 with one misdemeanor count of shoplifting and one misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Ample Gertrude Davis, 35, of 2 Claude Dr. in Maiden, was charged Oct. 22 with one misdemeanor count of resisting public officer and one felony count of larceny from merchant. A $7,500 secured bond was set.

Lydia Owens Thompson, 44, of 1 Claude Dr. in Maiden, was charged Oct. 22 with one misdemeanor count each of resisting a public officer and reckless driving to endanger. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

Mitchell Watson Clark, 53, of 2020 N. Olivers Crossroads in Newton, was charged Oct. 21 with one misdemeanor count each of larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $300 secured bond was set.

Bruce Lee Strickland, 32, of 2703 Lincolnton Hwy. in Cherryville, was charged Oct. 24 with one felony count of robbery with a dangerous weapon. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
