Ashley Michelle Woodie and Rocky Allen Rudisill were married on September 10, 2011
at 6 p.m. at The Woodmill Winery in Vale. Minister Jack Calloway performed the marriage
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Woodie of Lincolnton. She is the
granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Woodie and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Hendrick.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Rudisill of Lincolnton. He is the grandson of Mr.
and Mrs. Larry Smith and Pat Rudisill.
Presented in marriage by her parents, the maid of honor was the brideâ€™s sister, Rebecca
Woodie. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Goins, Lauren Seagle, Ashley Ward and Ashley Rickard.
Flower girl was Lexis Maynor and the ring bearer was Lyric Rikard.
The best man was the groomâ€™s youngest brother, Joshua Rudisill. Groomsmen were older
brother Michael Rudisill, Brandon Maynor, Randy Smith and Brandon Rikard.
Music was performed by Greg and Teresa Greene; soloist was Kim Sisk. Register attendants
were Victoria and Savannah Goins. Wedding director was Mamie Rudisill.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by Debbie and Todd Rudisill at the Lincoln County Shrine Club
in Vale. A reception was hosted by Randy and Becky Beal and Nancy Maynor at the Woodmill
Winery. The couple were given one bridal shower.
After a wedding trip to Clearwater, Fla., the couple will reside in Lincolnton.
