Summer reading made fun

The Get a Clue at Your Library Summer Reading Program is in full swing at the West Lincoln Branch Library on N.C. 27 West.
The for-fun reading incentive program encourages children to explore the wonderful world of books.
Those who enroll in the program receive a free reading record folder and free weekly library visit incentives such as bookmarks, stickers, games and a logo book bag.
There will also be programs for participants including:
· Reptiles for Goodness Snakes with a Walk in the Woods for elementary-school-aged children.
· Magical Mystery Theatre with Fish the Magish for elementary-school-aged children.
· Get a Clue! The Mystery Show performance with Bright Star Theatre for elementary-school-aged children.
The branch also hosts story time Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. Story time includes book-sharing, storytelling poetry and participatory activities for children ages 3 through the second grade
