Boy Scout Troop 83, chartered by Hills Chapel United Methodist Church, N.C. 16, is holding a Relay for Life benefit carwash starting at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 18. The 21st annual Starwberry Festival to benefit the East Lincoln High School parent/teachers association will be held from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, at ELHS.
