Web site improved

The East Lincoln Betterment Association (ELBA) is nearing completion on improvements being made to its web site.
Located at the same address, www.elbanc.org, the new site will soon offer a faster way to communicate.
Lester Poole, vice-president of ELBA, designed the web site because he felt the site needed to be updated.
“I have designed web sites for years,” Poole said. “I enjoy doing it.”
Although the web site has a new look, it’s not complete yet.
“It’s a growing thing,” Poole said. “You can put hundreds of hours into things like this.”
Features that users and visitors to the site will find of interest and use will include being able to register for polls, e-mail alerts and have a newsletter e-mailed to them.
Minutes from ELBA meetings will also be posted online for users to read. Users will also be able to join ELBA using their credit card online.
