Payseur takes Wingate post

WINGATE – Stephen Payseur of Iron Station, N.C., has been nominated to serve on the Wingate University Board of Visitors, effective June 2005.
Payseur is a 1973 graduate of Wingate University and a 1976 graduate of Appalachian State University.
Currently Payseur is the owner of Creek Side Industrial Solutions in Lincolnton, N.C., where he provides a wide variety of packing materials and services to manufacturers.
Along with being an entrepreneur, Payseur teaches two online courses and has written and published two books in the last five years. He also has successfully co-authored two grant applications.
He and his wife, Margie have three children and are members of the United Methodist Church in Iron Station.
The Wingate University Board of Visitors is an assembly of successful men and women, alumni and friends who serve as ambassadors of goodwill for the university in their local communities among neighbors’ friends, church members, business associates and prospective students. Its members are committed to the growth and development of the university and its mission and service to youth.
