EAST LINCOLN BETTERMENT
The East Lincoln Betterment Association will have their annual meeting on Jan. 11 at 7:30 p.m. The location has not been determined yet. The meeting will announce ELBAâ€™s new President, Treasurer and four new board members.
The Lake Norman Orchestra and Choir will perform their annual holiday concert on Saturday, Dec. 11 from 7 to 9 p.m. Also performing will be the NormanAirs Jazz Ensemble and the Carolina Classic Barbershop Chorus. MOORESVILLE CHRISTMAS PARADE
The 60th annual Mooresville Christmas parade will be held Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 3:45 p.m. in downtown Mooresville. The parade will begin at the intersection of Statesville and Main Street and will end at the Old Burlington Mill located at Mills Avenue and Main Street. EAST LINCOLN GARDEN CLUB
The East Lincoln Community Garden Club will meet at 10:30 a.m., Nov. 29 when gift packages of knitted items and baked goods will be assembled for the residents of the Wexford House. The December meeting will be a covered dish Christmas party on Monday, Dec. 13 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Webbs Chapel United Methodist Church. Salem United Methodist Churchâ€™s children choir will be presenting â€œA Shepherdâ€™s Story,â€ on Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. in the Christian Life Center. The performance will follow the community dinner, which is held weekly in the Christian Life Center.
Lake Norman Seventh Day Adventist Church is currently meeting at Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Cornelius on N.C. 115.
