Camp meeting schedule to start Saturday

Tucker’s Grove Camp meeting is fast approaching with a whole list of activities lined up.
Margaret Nixon, who has been going to the meeting for 64 years, said the event grows each year.
“Some years it goes up and some years it doesn’t,” she said. “Last year the crowd is the best we’ve had, I would say over 200,000 people.”
Dixon enjoys attending the meeting with her daughter and two grandchildren.
“My favorite part is the worship service,” she said. “My grandchildren like to walk the streets and get ice cream and toys.”
