Century 21, Town & Country Realty in Lincolnton was awarded The Quality Service Award for 2003.
The award is presented annually to Century 21 members who receive a minimum return rate of 25 percent of their post-transaction client satisfaction surveys between Jan. 1, 2003 and Oct. 31 with a minimum satisfaction index of 90 percent.
The survey is a result of customer feedback from Century 21 System’s Internet-based Quality Service Survey.
